Absolute dump , dirty carpets in hall ways , smelly corridors , £45 for one night , Lino in bedroom floor ,cold rooms no heating on , nothing in tea tray , lumpy knackered bed bits on it ,dirty shower tray hairs and spots of god knows what and light switch filthy , didn’t even stay .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PAID IN ADVANVE THROUGH BOOKING.COM, ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AND THERE IS NO STAFF/MANAGMENT ON SITE AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR DAYS, A LONG TERM GUEST LET ME INTO THE LOBBY AREA WHERE I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT HOST ON MULTIPLE NUMBERS TO NO AVAIL, BOOKING.COM ARE REFUSING TO REFUND DESPITE BEING UNABLE TO ACCESS ROOM

Awful avoid at all costs

Amazing apartment, very clean and modern. Plenty of room. 
Would definitely stay there again
Lots of shops and restaurants close by.
Pleasure beach at the other end of the promenade, however plenty of transport if you don’t want to drive.

Booked last minute for a NYE night out. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The owner was pleasant and helpful. Priced fairly for the quality. Would use again without a doubt. Close to the pubs and clubs. Thank you. 

One Night stay - Very Clean 

First time stayed there the owners were both very nice helpfully food was good place was clean bed was the most comfortablest I've ever slept on  will defo go back its only 8 min walk to town u can see the North pier from front yard  the Duke of York pub just 2 min away carpark is just 5 min walk  Michael and Lisa owners very nice garry from Coventry  I also liked micro switches on bathroom room bedroom was good size I down fall TV facing wrong way for double bed  even had a julie balcony  other down fall had to pay car park charge but if you compare price of parking then take into concideration price of hotel with parking the brecks works out better deal

Walked in to brecks hotel and it was spotless. Mike and his wife lisa were very hospital. The bedding and our room were spotless and we had a really good sleep. Woke up to a delicious breakfast and lots of fresh orange juice yum. Will definitely stay again.

Will never go there again ! First thing we booked a family room ' which ended up been 4 floors up ' and were very steep especially the last set going to room ' the room was freezing there was a little heater in the corner ' then each morning at breakfast time there was nobody about so dident have a breakfast on both mornings!! We were the only people staying there and im not surprised ! I dont expect enything special in Blackpool but the brecks is the worst place ive ever stayed '  its cold and the owner was no we're to be seen ' is thai bride was the only person we spoke to when checking in ' and she dident seem to know what she was doing ' and room its self was no good for enyone let alone a family!
