Stayed here for just the one night and it was a comfortable stay.
John the host is very amenable and friendly. Room was small but as it was just somewhere for us to sleep it was more than adequate. For the price we paid it was well worth going here.

Hidden gem

Was very impressed with the stay, John the host was was friendly and welcoming.

The room and beds were comfortable and clean.

Would definitely stay here again, great value and a excellent location. 

There is parking for a few cars, but there is also a large car park just round the corner that costs £12 for 24 hours.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here for 1 night and had 2 rooms, both rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy! Very close to all amenities. Staff friendly. I left a necklace at the hotel and the customer service to get this back to me was outstanding. John did everything in his power to get this necklace back to me, one of my friends was in Blackpool and picked it up for me, but he offered to meet them and everything as he said he could post it but would prefer someone to collect if possible incase it got lost in transit. He kept in touch with us to let us know if my friend had collected it etc. Honestly can't thank him enough as this necklace was so sentimental. Fantastic service! 

Fantastic Customer Service, Hotel clean and tidy 

Had a two night stay with hubby and our 3 grandsons aged 12,10 and 2yrs. Clean and comfy room and great breakfast, excellent value for money. Each of our grandsons had a different cooked breakfast which Ann and Tony provided,  nothing was too much trouble for them, they are excellent hosts. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and excellent hosts

Best breakfast ever!! 

Thank you Tony and Ann, for making our weekend in Blackpool a pleasant stay. The hotel is very welcoming, spotlessly clean and Ann your breakfasts are the best!! Room 4 is extremely spacious, powerful shower with constant hot water. We will definitely stay with you again.

Highly recommended 5* hotel

Myself and 2 friends stayed 2 nights. The owner was so helpful. The beds were clean. The breakfast was delicious.  It isn't a luxurious hotel but we have no complaints especially for the price. The location is close to the tower and shopping centre.

Great stay.

Stayed 3 nights this time,been few times before lockdown.
Owner Lorna is lovely and so helpful.
Best breakfast we have had in Blackpool,well done Lorna.
Rooms lovely and clean.

Awesome breakfast

Stayed with two of my daughters for four nights hotel was clean but could do with a make over as dated in appearance. Having said that the owner was especially polite and helpful during stay and I would consider staying again.

Clean but a bit dated

As a one night stay, just wanting cheap comfortable accommodation this is an ideal place but don't expect luxury at this prices.
The place is dated and the rooms are very small, but the place is very clean the people are friendly, and the breakfast is fabulous, freshly cooked and served.

Spotlessly clean room and a the couple who owned the hotel could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend this to anyone. We stayed in the family room which was lovely.  Our son had an adjoining room with his own tv that he was delighted with.
