Another great stay. Brett and Denise are amazing hosts, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is HOT 🥵 and fresh. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is close to town centre and all the that you need. 

Another great stay 

After walking out of another hotel (I don't have words for it). We rang Denise and she had availability for us. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from Denise and Brett, and made new friends with their dogs. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and lovely fluffy pillows. Breakfast was lush, no scrimping on ingredients, all top quality food. I can highly recommend coming here to anyone. We will be back for sure. A big thank you to the pair of you

We have been staying with Dee and Brett over the last 8 years and it just gets better and better! We are always made to feel like family and nothing is too much trouble! The Thorncliffe is in a great location and it has had a refurb and the rooms are spotless and well kitted out with everything you need! The breakfast is the best you could ever get! Piping hot and a wide variety of food on your plate! The service is excellent so book this little gem as I guarantee you won’t be disappointed 💖! Mama and Papa x

Fantastic place to stay

I booked a room with another hotel and upon arrival we took a look at the accommodation and the truth is I'd not let a dog stop there we left. 
We had all but given up trying to find accommodation when just on the off chance called to the thornscliffe as we had stayed before. Luckily they had a cancellation and remembered us from previous visit 4 year ago and saved our stay. It is very clean owner helpfull even though last minute breakfast included and half the price of the other. The owner is so helpfull and ready to make your stay as good an experience as possible so welcoming and comfortable recommend this place 110%☆☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent

We've just got home from a great stay in Blackpool at the thorncliffe Hotel. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the centre but nice and quiet location. Lovely, comfy beds and everywhere spotlessly clean. Denise, the owner was fab. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldn't stop anywhere else from now on. Our 13yr old daughter loved every minute, it's definitely a family friendly hotel.

Fantastic hospitality

Third time I've stayed here with Denise and her family and to be honest I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on my visits to Blackpool.

The location is perfect, close enough to town so no need for taxis etc.

The facilities are clean and comfortable, the bar was fully stocked and she even cateredbfor all of our dietary needs and requests.... like me asking for black pudding lol. 

Would reccomend anyone to stay here you'll be made to feel at home and welcomed.

Absolutely brilliant bed and breakfast location perfect, rooms are so clean and bed is so comfy, didn't want to get out of it. Denise makes you feel like family she is so welcoming, if your looking at this book now, you will not be disappointed

stayed here may bank holiday weekend  ..really cosy bnb ...Denise was more than welcoming and couldn't do enough for us(really nice lady) ...just like home from home...spotless clean rooms and bathroom..breakfast bang on ...nice little patio out front with a couple of benches (handy for us smokers)..only downside to our room was only 1 key between 3 of us, but wasn't an issue..
Will definetley be returning and have just booked for August with the girls...what more do you really need...clean room...nice brekki well worth the money..thanks Denise

girly weekend

I stayed at the Thorncliffe for 3 nights in April with my 5 year old daughter. 
The hotel is very central with parking close by and a 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. 
Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. 
The owner, Denise, is so warm and welcoming. She couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable and relaxed, making sure we knew the directions to places and made recommendations. 
The breakfast choice was full cooked, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and Denise took our order the night before so our food was ready when we got to the dining room in the morning. 
The next time we go to Blackpool, we’ll definitely be back.

Relaxed, welcoming, family friendly

I’ve stayed at the Thorncliffe on many occasions, most recently after a night out with family to celebrate my sons 18th. The rooms are great, they are spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable the shower nice and warm, and the tea and coffee making facilities are of a good standard. The breakfast is delicious (just what you need after a night out in Blackpool). The location is great, Within walking distance of the train station and all the bars, the tower and the north pier. 
The owners are just lovely they are really friendly and make you feel very welcome.
I would definitely recommend the Thorncliffe it’s a little gem xxx
