Great location this flat had everything we needed was clean and tidy.rosemary and phill were helpful and friendly thanks had a great time.even had a stair lift for my disabled mother in law.would recommend as the price was right too

Holiday

Family of four , 10 year old and 5 year , just spent 3 nights here , and had a nice time , everything you need in apartment , if something is missing ,there is always a cheap home bargains opposite , all we missed was a frying pan but went and bought one and left it there for the next people, and to be fair I think if I asked the owners they would of got me one , they are lovely people and very accommodating , I brought my work car with me and asked only in 12 hours advance if I can park near and they made sure I had somewhere to park, and that I could see the car too, the owners do leave you alone but if you want them they are very easy to get hold of, 
Oh and a lovely little perk is (which you don't normally get in self catering apartments) they supply you with tea ,coffee and sugar, and milk so need to dart out to buy any, all in all I can't fault this place one bit , 

Small but lovely 

Normally recieve a curteous service but not this time! We asked to move our booking forward after my Father-in-law suddenly passed away and we needed somewhere to stay while we arranged his funeral. This was done but we booked 1 night less than the original booking. Under the extremely sad circumstances we thought an offer of 1 nights refund could have been offered but it was not.
After been in the room for 10 minutes a very scruffy lady knocked on the door and asked for a duvet and 2 pillows. I ecplained that we were already using the spares and would it be possible for us to keep them during our stay.
She huffed and puffed, sighed and said that this would cause her extra laundry!!!
We had just got back from the funeral home and my husband was wrapped in the spare duvet but when i had to take it from him and give it back to her
She was rude, never said thank you and i found her disrespectful and undiplomatic regarding the circumstances of our stay.
A couple of days later when we were walking back to the flats she ignorantly ignored our nods of recognition and looked straight through us indicating us to someone with her, with  frequent tilts of her head in our direction. She said "They are the ones I told you about"
She made us feel awkward and uncomfortable.
The flat itself was smelly and dirty throughout. There were crisps left on the carpet and tabacco left in the teapot. The toilet was extremely smelly and the linen not rinsed properly, making us itch and sneeze.
Our score is a zero as we struggled to find any positives. We will not be staying again and we will be warning everyone we know not to stay there too.
We  both work in customer service roles and we would suggest that this lady go back to school and learn some customer service skills as well as some basic communicative skills and manners.

had an execellent weeks stay with family the flats are very clean and modern with stair lift access the owners could not do enough for us and very friendly so impressed with the flats i booked again with them very rated holiday flats

Me & 3 others stayed in the room with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Me and my partner stayed on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. The place was clean which was all we wanted really. Had everything we needed except no towels were provided so we had to go buy those, annoying because we could have brought some. We stayed for 1 night and that was enough for us. It was in a good location however and it is okay for the price.
