Stayed at this hotel for the weekend checked in on the Friday heavily pregnant to find they had given me the top floor without a working lift and after explaining I was not in the condition to walk up to the 3rd floor they still did not change me to a lower level….once in the room we had a roudy stag party in the hotel who caused mayhem and were through the wall from us so the noise was ridiculous…we went to the reception to complain and they told us they would deal with our complaint (which they did not that evening ) on the second night was even worse I think a hotel in the Gaza Strip would have been less eventful….the stag party started arguing with the staff and once they left the hotel the staff started fighting with each other. We couldn’t have breakfast on the Sunday morning because have the staff was either sacked or lifted by the police…word
Of warning to anyone who thinks this is a cheap and cheerful hotel please think again and pay the extra money for a more pleasant and relaxing stay

Horrendous

Wow! What a hotel! One of the biggest dossholes I’ve stayed in but added to the weekend. Mattress was layed on a sheet of chip board, the curtain fell down. Lads were running through the corridors playing shittyflute on a Bluetooth speaker, fire alarm went off (probably one of our lads) breakfast was rubbish  but much needed after a full day and night on the ale. All in all a great weekend that wouldn’t of been the same if we stayed in Hilton, can’t wait to go back, but only if gay welsh bloke has left, he worried me. Hahahaha

Stag do 2017

Great location hotel is under new management and renovation is in the process of taking place over all comfortable bed a nice day
Warm welcome from the manager the  room was very spacious and also has a bar and a games room

Basic  hotel

Absolutely unreal no loo roll no towels and no tv opened the bed side draws to find mouldy nut case's curtains didn't fit windows needs a full renovation to say the least when we turned up we thought it was a abandoned property also 10 pound a day parking

Avoid

We didn’t read the reviews until after booking and to be honest it put us off going. Don’t let it put you off! Our room was dated but clean and that’s all that matters to us as we only got ready and went straight out. We got a taxi into town which took about 5 minutes and walked back which took 20 minutes ish, so it’s a good location. The reception lady who we think was the manager was lovely! For the price we paid we was happy with the stay and will be returning to this hotel.

You get what you pay for

I've stayed in some crap holes, but this was the crappiest of holes. No hand towels, very dated and dirty. Wasn't told check out times to then be woken up to the manager banging on the doors at 9am shouting for everyone to leave because she had to go out. Horrible sewage smell all over hotel and had to change rooms as the smell in the first room was unbareable.

Wouldnt bother

I have stayed in plenty of bnbs/hotels in blackpool. But my god this is not suitable for animals. We did not even actualy book this hotel we was moved last minute via their sister hotel. We had children with us.. people knocking on all doors all through the night! The staff well their a different level.. I've never had a member of staff shout and speak the way she did! The rooms the door was hanging off in the bathroom... was disgusting. I get it's not a expensive place.but you expect a clean room with doors hanging, no towels.. mucky beds..walls with holes in..I honestly dont know how this place is open. 😨 totaly ruined our stay! We didnt even hack 24 hours in Blackpool. Totaly ruined our stay!

Worst nightmare

Just came back from the worst hotel I've ever been too in my life. Honestly it was that bad in the end it became a laugh.
First of all they don’t take card payments, don’t cook breakfast or serve drinks etc. The room was small , dirty and was like going back 30 years. 
The sink was not in the bathroom it was next to the bed and the hot tap had broken. The bathroom stank like vomit and i saw dribs of vomit around the toilet seal which no-one had cleaned. The bedding had blood stains on and little flies everywhere that bit us all over. 
No TV in the room, and the shower only worked cold.
Room didn’t shut properly. Live wires hanging out everywhere and wallpaper hanging down from the ceiling in the corridor. 
I honestly don't know how health and safety can keep this place open.
The manager was rude to my disabled partner when asking for towels that are not provided.
The only positive is the location that is in easy access to everything in Blackpool.

Disgusting

Went for a family holiday , left my son staying here as when we booked , we couldn’t get a room in the b&b we was staying , so booked it through booking . Com . Looked at the pics read the top reviews so didn’t seem to bad . We got there and I actually didn’t look at first my partner took him in hallway looked nice low that’s done up. 
My son was complaining that night mum there’s no t.v and the toilet paper they wouldn’t give him no more apart from one roll . Which was ok as we got him it . My partner did say it does look run down in there but we couldn’t change as it was a busy weekend down there and everywhere was saying no vacancies . By the second night his bathroom had water leaking throw ,and a bubble appeared in his celling the electrics switched. He told them they said the would fix it by morning . Morning came I went over nothing was done . So I spoke to a staff he said they will sort it , went back about mid day . Someone had just come in my partner said he wanted him out that room . The man walked of to go fix it we thought. Then some manager Ann come jumping down the stairs , shouting and screaming don’t be rude to my staff , my partner said back I wasn’t but this is healthy and safety the celling could fall down. Screaming and shouting she was all in front of my kids tried to attack me . 
And wouldn’t let us have our stuff back. So police was called by us . She then said my partner tried to attack her , when they warned us to stay down the road away from her as she could turn. Why would you let a woman who could turn manage a family hotel? Anyway we missed half our day at the theme park cause of this, my children was distressed as they got scared when she tried to attack me , and this is suppose to be a family holiday . 
It was like a scene out of hostel not only does it look like it in the room . 
The state of the rooms and I see she has put on reviews what do you expect for £20 , not only is there no costumer service there . 
You can actually stay in the little b&bs down the road , which are cleaner , not falling apart and safe . plus you don’t get abused when you ask for something that is advertised on there facilities when you book. Please check all there reviews before you use this place and not just the top ones. Luckily for us there are some genuine nice people in Blackpool , otherwise or holiday would have been ruined !

Please don’t stay here

This hotel is shameful the pictures of the rooms is not from there hotel we booked for 2days but left with no refund and booked some were else the room we was given was very small the wallpaper was falling off the wall the bed was broken no tea making facilities no TV the website said there was a bar but there wasn't there was shouting all night and fighting windows were broken the door to the room was hanging off and didn't shut propley and it was very dirty
