We stayed at the Brene Hotel for a “mini moon” after our recent wedding.
Darren and Alison gave us such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed in a king size room that was decorated to a high standard, was warm and very very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and there was no issue with changing what you had if you didn’t fancy the the whole full English. 
Car parking is free on one side of the street and we were lucky to enough to get a space so left the car there for the week and traveled around on the tram and local buses. Darren was able to recommend lots of places to visit and also how to get the best deals on tickets etc.
We also enjoyed 
finishing most of our days relaxing in the well stocked bar in the comfortable lounge at the Brene enjoying a chat and a giggle with some of the other guests and Darren and Alison.

Mini moon in Blackpool!

Location spot on, five minute walk from Blackpool North, five minutes to the sea front and all the bars etc.

Darren and Alison were great hosts. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and fab breakfast.

Yet again excellent stay Darren and Alison make you so welcome .Room superb as always spotlessly clean really comfy bed,all the amenities you to nice big cups for a cuppa the breakfast was excellent sets you up for the day can't wait for our next stay thanks so much .

What a fantastic hotel check in was straight forward the room was clean and tidy the bed was really comfy the shared bathroom was immaculate it was me and my Mum who shared so it worked out perfectly with it being single rooms 9 and 11 the breakfast was excellent hot tasty and perfectly cooked by Alison the host who was so friendly and helpful we talked for hours she was amazing and not forgetting Darren the front of house (Alison's husband) was a fantastic host made us feel like family we had a great laugh definitely recommend to everyone who wants to go to Blackpool perfect location can't wait to go back thanks for a great weekend

Weekend away

Brilliant stay from start to finish. A very warm welcome from Darren who couldn’t do enough for us.
Most comfortable bed ever felt like sleeping on a cloud. 
Room spotless. 
Bar had plenty of choice.
Delicious breakfast cooked by Alison compliments to the chef.
Will definitely be back.

Amazing hidden gem. Definitely worthy of five stars.

Stayed at the brene hotel for 2 night would definitely stay again after arriving to the hotel in a recovery truck due to car blowing up on m6 we were made to feel welcome by the  host breakfast was lovely and it is also situated in a ideal place. Overall the hotel is clean and tidy would highly recommend a stay here

Our stay at the Brene hotel was excellent Darren and Alison was very welcoming and always there if you needed them the room was very clean and comfy the breakfast was superb the bar was very welcoming and felt like your local the hotel smelt clean and was very tidy overall the hotel is the best in Blackpool and would fully recommend people to stay here thank you for making our holiday amazing we will deffo be booking with you again

Absolutely lovely stay Clean rooms bed very comfy lovely white towels in room  Darren cannot do enough for you lovely breakfast nothing is to much trouble would recommend 100% this stay and cannot wait to stay again
