ideal family location away from the hustle and bustle of blackpool,tram stop is just around the corner which is ideal if you dont fancy the walk,staff were really friendly and helpfull great value for money as breakfast was included in room rate,the breakfast was great,would definately visit again and would recommend to families with young children as they are well catered for

last minute night away

Have stayed at The Brayton 3/4 times now. The room I have is ground floor (great when you have mobility problems). I can order exactly what i want on my breakfast for the following morning - you even have a choice of porridge, kippers etc and you can have egg/beans on toast if you don't want a full breakfast. Debbie & staff are really friendly and helpful - and Ellie dog is just gorgeous!! Sadly Debbie and her husband are retiring at the end of the season so wish them all the best.

Only (minor) downside is the ensuite in the ground floor room is a bath not a shower and I can no longer sit down in the bath

Stayed here Saturday night in room 1, lovely spacious well decorated room with modern bathroom and super walk in power shower. The room had tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer.
The hotel was lovely and quiet considering it's Blackpool no noise even from inside the hotel. 
Very reasonable prices and included breakfast which was nice apart from the sausages which were cheap frozen ones (maybe get a better quality) 
All staff were very friendly especially the lady I booked with over the phone and upon arrival.
Would stay here again if we're in Blackpool again.

Lovely little B&B

I booked here on impulse and should have done some homework it's sad that I'm writing this as the owner Debbie is lovely but as soon as I walked in I could smell damp I picked up the keys didn't go up to the room and stayed out with my husband till 10 o'clock I realy new what the rest would be like after just entering to hall anyway it was called a delux room at £112 it wasn't worth half that we pulled the duvet back and their was black dogs hairs underneath then the bathroom floor was covered in them the toilet well how can I put it it had splatters I got the toilet brush out it wash filthy their was a plastic razor cover I stood on on the the floor the and the mirror had toothpaste splashes all up it so the bathroom either was not cleaned or sort of cleaned their way the shower head was dirty the hose was filthy and rusty needless to say I didn't have a wash that night I had dog hairs stuck all under my feet everywhere was so dated and rundown it's not been touched for years the cups had several stain rings left and the breakfast cups and forks was dirty I couldn't wait to leave for a b&b cleanliness isn't their priority I won't ever return the worst I've been in anywhere such a shame as such a nice owner

Overpriced and unkept

When me and my husband entered the room, there was pile of crumbs on the floor and an empty deodorant can on the window sill. The bed was covered in old stains and black long  I hairs( my hair is blonde so wasn't mine) the room was like a morgue. So cold :( we filled out breakfast sheets and handed them back, next morning we went downstairs and were told they weren't ready. Bear in mind we had our young dog who we didn't want to leave for long period of time in our hotel room. We specifically asked for the earliest breakfast slot and were told they were not ready and shooed from dining room, so we waited in the seating area for 25 minutes and decided to leave as we had arrangements, also another reason why we requested and early breakfast. So basically paid £10 for breakfast and didn't get it. Shocking customer service. Will not be back! Avoid unless your standards are very low. Also the stairs are very steep and narrow, very dangerous for elderly who could easily fall or anyone who is unsteady on their feet. I expected alot from this hotel but bitterly disappointed...
