We stayed for 2 nights. We were checked in quickly and politely. The front yard is clean with plants and a picnic table in it. The guest house is clean with a tea and coffee room downstairs (open at certain times) the room is lovely. The bed was so comfortable, there was a toilet, shower and sink in the bathroom (very clean and maintained) Saturday night we could hear the music from a local club but it wasn't interrupting sleep. A lovely place to stay.

Would definately stay again

Wonderful  stay at Paul and David ,was most welcoming and very friendly  .Very informative about the area.Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great wide choices. Would definitely  stay again  .Thanks

Short Break

This is the second time I have stayed here, and have a third already booked (in conjuction with Rebellion 2023).

The staff are friendly, and it is a very welcoming B&B. I say B&B but they don't actually do breakfast anymore. There are loads of cafes nearby that do though.

Thanks again, to the guys at Phoenix. I look forward to my return.

Brilliant

Great visit. Stayed here a couple of times now. In a brilliant location. B&B is extremely clean and the better of the accommodation that we have stayed in previously. Met by the owner upon arrival who is friendly and on hand if you need anything.
The only thing I would say is the beds could do with being a little bit bigger! I know in B&Bs you are limited with space but our feet literally hang out between the bars on the bed and if you turn over in the middle of the night, you'll soon realise if your foot has gone through. Hurt our ankles a few times!!! 
That is literally the only negative comment I can make. I have stayed previously and would stay again (maybe in a different room with a bigger bed) :-) 
If you are in need of a good breakfast, go to The Wexford Diner on Dickson Road, a 30 second walk from the B&B, our breakfast was lovely and plentiful x Sets you up for the day! 

Great visit

Had 4 night break in this lovely  B&B. Owners sent detailed directions and it is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Wonderful location for visiting North pier, The Tower and other attractions. Comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. We really had a lovely holiday, thank you.

Comfortable and Close to all Central Attractions

Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including free WiFi, they offer a continental breakfast too which we didn't end up going for but its nice to have that option. our hosts were lovely and very welcoming and helpful for anything we needed, the hotel is about a 5 min walk to the shopping centre with 2 shops outside the hotel too. One of which is open until midnight. will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much. Honestly love this place, especially the little garden too which you can tell they look after well. Highly recommend

Best stay in Blackpool

We stayed in this guesthouse for three nights check-in was very the  gentleman who booked us in was very friendly we were allocated room six on the third floor the room itself was immaculately clean but  the room was very small and very claustrophobic but as we were there for the night life we didn’t stay in the room much Overall a very nice hotel very clean and very quiet

Very clean and comfirtable

A ince little B&B is in the North part of Blackpool and apparently in the gay area. Car
parking is about 40-50 yards from the building which is very handy, this does need paying for.
Check in was simple and our room was on the first floor and was number 2. It is only a small double but does have everything you need for a few nights stay. No fridge so take advantage of buying your milk from the Owner. The bed was comfortable with lovely bedding. The small bathroom had a good shower but the light switch is in the bedroom and for some reason has some sort of flashing light around it which is annoying at night. breakfast is at a set time and is only continental. We had paid for this but then found a wonderful cafe round the corner, so went there instead as there really was not a good range at The Phoenix. 
Please be careful if you use any sprays in the room. At 4.30AM my partner had been in the bathroom and decided to spray a little deodrant, this set off the fire alarm and all hell broke lose. Luckily we were told it was only the spray that set them off, but I dont think the Landlord was very happy about it as when we checked out later he never even said thank you, have a good journey etc. Miserable bugger!
As we wont ever be coming back to Blackpool, wewont be staying there again but I do recommend The Phoenix and its location near to Funny Girls and other LGBT establishments.

Great little b&b 10 minute walk from north blackpool, great service great rooms comfy beds.

5-10 minute walk to town centre and 20 minute walk to central pier, very affordable prices and very welcoming staff
