This was our first time at the Croydon Hotel  Blackpool Jayne and Steve were very welcoming and friendly we went for 1 night 2 couples on New Years Eve room was a good size and very clean and comfortable The breakfast was fantastic can't wait to return £6 return into the centre of Blackpool on the tram only takes 5 minutes

Excellent hosts 

Stayed at the Croydon with my Husband and Grandchildren excellent service so friendly 
Thank you for making our visit enjoyable my Grandchildren loved the proximity to the beach and transport into Blackpool centre 

Lovely hidden Gem of a place 

I found Jane and Steve most welcoming and treated us like long lost friends.
The breakfast was hot and filling with plenty of tea coffee and orange juice available. Our room was warm and cosy with plenty of places to hang and put our clothes. Having not been to Blackpool for over 30 years the boarding house has lost the Rising Damp Rigsbyesque feel and felt like home from home definitely will be staying there again.

Very welcoming place 

This was our first time at the Croydon Hotel the Hotel  host are excellent Jayne and Steve so accommodating we went with our 2 Grandchildren stayed in the family room plenty of space great breakfast can't wait to go bk a little gem of Blackpool xx

Loved our stay

One of the nicest places I have stayed at. Lovely and clean, great breakfast. Jane and Steve are great hosts and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a short get away. Handy for the trams too. Great x

Good value and very acommodating.  Jane works so hard to make the visit enjoyable and I would definitely go back there.

Stayed here several times before. Always a warm welcome from jayne and steve great hosts well stocked bar. rooms  are always spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are excellent and good portions ,with nothing too much trouble . Great value for money B&B. I wouldnt stay anywhere else such a warm inviting  friendly place. Love it .

Great place to stay.

To be honest i had my reservations, all inclusive for £200 !!!. This hotel in Blackpool is a wee bit tired, but, but wow, Excellent food, Excellent entertainment and the bar selection not bad. Service everywhere was excellent too. The entertainment was top notch too, even better when we won on the free bingo !!!. Many thanks to our friends Freda Boyce and Ian Purvis for bringing us down to this hotel. All the staff work very hard and are very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Blackpool Promotions for their value for money, we had a 4 night/ 5 day stay all inclussive ( free tram/ bus pass too). Thank you. Brian Trainer
1 negative was that in February the majority of the  Blackpool is closed.

Blackpool Promotions/ The Royal Boston Hotel

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the hotel in the past 2 years. The reason we keep going back to Blackpool is because of Steve and Jane and the excellent service they provide. We enjoy staying at the Croydon as much as visiting the attractions in Blackpool. 
My 2 young daughters love the hotel. The place is clean, fantastic breakfast and the warmest of welcome you could wish for. The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main Blackpool strip but you can easily jump on a tram or walk 20-30 mins into town.
There is nothing that I can say to fault the place, and there is a reason why this place is always fully booked and has numerous positive reviews. Well done Steve and Jane, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Another great stay at The Croydon!

The welcome was excellent. And the room was compact but perfect for James, son, and myself. Breakfast was brilliant. Passed both tests: fried eggs not sloppy and cooked tomatoes soft. Plus, son, who is scrambled eggs expert, deemed it perfect. If he is happy, and he is choosy    , then so am I ! OK  he's Down"s but he knows good food. The small bar is more than adequate, and not dear.   More than enough tea etc sachets in room. Comfortable bed. Easy access to tram opposite Cliifs Hotel. Only drawback it was howling with winds to blow a 74 year old man over. James steadied me, and the ship, and we sailed back. We'll via the tram. Many thanks Jane & Steve

A1 Hotel from welcome to departure: looked after like family

Owing to friends selling the hotel we used to stay in we were forced into finding somewhere to stay. Research led us to this hotel through booking.com and we were not disappointed. The hosts Steve and Jane are lovely and really care about their guests. If you are lucky Steve may show you his Foxy! Comfortable clean rooms stunning breakfast and a lovely bar on site. We have been twice now and have booked again for November. Is it 5 star luxury?  No! Is it a 5 star experience? YES!
