We've just arrived home from a weekend stay in blackpool.. Jane went above and beyond to accommodate everyone.. spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast and Jane was great with the kids..  kids and mother in law didn't want to come home.. 10 minutes from coral island.. and free parking.. would strongly recommend this b&b for families.

had a great stay here owners very welcoming couldn't do enough for us breakfast was nice eggs done perfectly lots of tea & coffee and juice for the kids loads of toast free parking right out side or on the house 2 doors away witch is great our room was big enough for 5 of us and clean with a tv and free wifi thank you for a good stay

Air show weekend 11th 12th august 2018

This is a lovely B&B and the owners are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast was tasty and that's all we needed and I thought it was good value for money. This is our second stay here and it is a great base for exploring Blackpool we had a parking space outside the hotel and walked everywhere or caught the tram. We had a lovely 2 nights stay. Thank you ☺👍

Great stay

Just returned from a weekend stay with 4 adults and 7 kids . Hosts are extremely welcoming  and pleasant.  Rooms were fine and clean . Breakfast was good and quite a good location.  Our 7 grandkids were made to feel right at home . Bar prices were very good . Would definitely stay again 😁😁

Weekend stay

Stayed here for 2 nights,with my husband and granddaughter. The rooms are basic but clean 
The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was good and plenty if it.
