What a great place to stay! I've stayed in  many b and b's in Blackpool and this is one of the best!  Really cheap price for what you get,  really comfortable  beds , proper pillows , not like pancakes , spotlessly  clean and a fantastic  breakfast  in the morning  , what more could you  want! , Would definitely  return 

Fabulous 

Dave and family are so welcoming, The Bluebell hotel in St Chad's Road, is in our experience, the best place to stay for families. We have been coming here for a fair few years with our children and grandchildren. Every single time is as great as the last. The breakfast in our opinion is the best in Blackpool! Nothing is too much trouble and Dave and family go above and beyond, to make sure your stay is as comfortable and you are well-fed. We would recommend anyone stay here, the location is central to everywhere. From the front there is a beach and sea view.  So lovely to see in the early morning also in the evening. We will definitely be staying there for many more years to come, as long as Dave and family will have us 😀 Thankyou very much Dave and family for our lovely stay as always. 

The Bluebell hotel 

from the moment we got out the taxi. Dave the owner was there waiting for us to have our luggage he took them to our room then made us a nice cup of tea. then after showed us our room it was lovely and clean.💯 dave said anything we need just let him know. breakfast was absolutely amazing and if you wanted more you got it. we had a fantastic 3day stay thank you dave your a great host. we will see you in August can't wait. ❤️

a great 3 days stay

From the moment i arrived, with my grandson,  the owner Dave, made us so welcome.
He helped to unload car and then showed me where to park. I have slight mobility issues and Daves son David, took my luggage upto our room.
Room was fine, not large, but fine for the 2 of us. Twin beds so comfy and a modern ensuite.
Breakfast was excellent,  freshly cooked to order. My grandson enjoyed his bacon butty. 
Nothing was to much trouble for them.


Great hotel 

Leslie and her family were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was excellent,  so close to the promenade. We will definitely be returning again, hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you guys.  See you again.

Excellent place

Stayed here for the weekend with my dad for his retirement. Fantastic hotel Dave was first class with us and he has two amazing little dogs who are so friendly. Check on was effortless and showed us to our room. The room is quite small but the beds are comfy with great pillows and the place was spotless. Also the breakfast was superb each morning. Thanks for a great stay and hope to see you soon

Fantastic B and B

Had a fantastic weekend great hosts very friendly and couldn't do enough to please... Great with our children an the 2 pooches kept us all entertained... Breakfast was quality and a good variety to choose from as I have already said dave an David went out of there way to please... So pleasant going back in Oct.

We had a fantastic stay at bluebell hotel. Fab with the kids, great breakfast, flexible, friendly and Rolo is the most gorgeous dog I have ever met. Our room was clean and the views from the room were great too, especially for watching out for our chinese delivery which was amazing. 
They provided breakfast for the time we asked, gave us their parking space when we couldnt get a spot directly out the front of the hotel, then said we could check out whenever we wanted as nobody was due in that day. They helped us pack our car up and always had a smile on their faces. 
Hotel is between south and central pier just off the promenade, perfect location for the water park and rides on the piers. Would stay again 100%.

Illuminations weekend

Ideal place to get to all attractions from and only 30 second walk from the promenade. 
The owners are really nice people and absolutely fantastic with the kids. 
A very good variety for breakfast and they always look after people with allergies etc. 
Plenty of hand sanitiser available and staff use it very regular. 
Thank you for a great stay and we cant wait to come back and stay with you again later in the year, Lucy cant wait to have her nails done :-)

Fantastic weekend and cant wait to visit again

We have just returned from a fantastic short break to Blackpool with a family of three children. The owner Dave and his daughter were very welcoming and absolutely brilliant with the children. I had accidentally booked a 4 person room for the five of us. This wasn't a problem as Dave quickly brought a cot bed for our Daughter which was lovely. The room itself looked as though it had been recently refurbished with a beautiful new bathroom and shower which was spotless. The location is great, a few yards from the front, perfectly positioned between the tower and pleasure beach. Both within walking distance. Breakfast was a highlight where you are met with a smile and conversation. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the visit, as did we.
