What can I say came 23rd February for  the  weekend. Hosts Maddie and John  definitely go above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations, we stayed in room 1 very big bed and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing everything you could ask for.  Maddie and John take really good care of you nothing is any trouble. Staying here is like a home from home they generally treat you like family. I've stayed in Blackpool alot and this place beats everyone me and husband have ever stayed at. They are hosts with most, well never stay anywhere now will be our home from home. Thank you Maddie and John keep doing what you are doing and will definitely be back soon.

Wow, thank you Maddie and John a lovely stay, very friendly host, fantastic gluten free breakfast, could do enough for you , lovely rooms, very near a tram stop got a tram and bus ticket £6 for the day well with it , will be back

The Best place and location!!!

Maddie and John are amazing, nothing to much trouble, hotel is lovely, clean and breakfast was great, would definately recommend it, will be going againnext year, john makes sure you can part either at the back or in front

Just like to say a big thank you to Maddie and John. We only had day and the night with them. they made us welcome. there is never any off-road parking, but Jhon came out and sorted it out so that we could park at the back breakfast was lovely rooms were clean and tidy. Would I return yes I would it’s a lovely  place that people should go to lovely couple people lovely atmosphere is brilliant nothing too much for them

Well this is another fantastic weekend spent with Maddie and John as our hosts! from arrival to departure these guys could not do enough to help.
Lovely clean and comfortable beds and towels, facilities were on suite which is a massive bonus. 
Breakfast was absolutely lovely with a full English including Haggis and Black pudding.
Fabulous fun in the bar at night with Karaoke from the velvet voice of John and the rest of the guest were included in the fun
This is our 4th time here and most certainly wont be our last, a credit to your profession and we feel more like friends than guests

The stay here is amazing home from home as I always say. It’s away from all the hustle a bushel but so easy to get to to it all if you like the walk or the tram is at the end of the street. Breakfast is fantastic there is no fault with stay what so ever

Maddie and John always go out of their way to make sure your stay is really enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble , even running around trying to find food for fussy teens. Rooms beautifully decorated and welcoming . We all loved it.

Got back today from a 2 night stay at The Rowan.   On arrival my friend and I were greeted by Maddie and John who welcomed us and explained all the relevant information.

Both rooms were clean and comfortable with en suite shower, toilet and sink.  There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk on the hospitality tray and there are toiletries provided.  The bed was amazing, I slept incredibly well!  The breakfast is freshly prepared to order, and there was a vegetarian option available for my friend.  There is on street parking which we were able to access directly outside thanks to our hosts.  

The location was perfect for us, literally a few tram stops or a short walk from all the attractions.  There is a small bar and lounge area which we did not use but that was due to only being in Blackpool a couple of days, and already having plans.

Maddie and John have a really personal touch and the attention to detail is impeccable.  You can immediately tell how passionate they are about providing a good experience for all their guests.  

Well worth the cost of the stay particularly as in the holiday season 😊
