I don’t know how this place is still in business. Small rooms, bunk beds, the door on the bathroom didn’t shut at all. The bed felt unsafe and the whole hotel
Smelt damp and unclean. Avoid at all Costs.

Would NOT recommend. Dirty.

We came here as two couples, having booked in advance and fully pre-paying in April ready for a weekend away in August. To only arrive and be told they don’t have our rooms. I had an email confirmation from Kamilla confirming our payment, who was also the lady who greeted us when we arrived. She was very very rude and unapologetic when realising she didn’t have our rooms, and just offered us a refund. It was a Saturday night during the school holidays and the only other rooms we could find online were double the price, she gave us a horrendous start to our weekend and we will never be considering staying there again.

Disgusting Service 

First off this is the worst place/hotel I have ever stayed in! Sleeping outside on a bench would have been more of a pleasure! 

We were welcomed by what seemed the owner who didn’t really seem to care and told us we have a lovely room with en-suite! Haha funniest thing she said! 

We went into the room that was like a old converted cupboard as the door opened out to us. The sheets were holed, smelly and inside they stated they were white and then we yellow and smelt of sweat! Holes in the curtains and wall paper hanging off or ripped off. 
There was no change of going to the toilet at night and being quiet as when you turned the light on the noise that came out was like a hurricane in the room! 
I slept on my coat as was so scared to catch something on the sheets, we were then woken at 3am with the smoke alarm going off and thought omg we need to get out as something is on fire! Yes and that thing was our tv in the room that was sparking everywhere!!! We pulled the wire out and apologised to the people in other rooms for the fire alarm going off and NOT ONE MEMBER OF ATAFF EVEN GOT UP AND CHECKED WHEN IT WAS GOING OFF! Disgusting!!

We woke at 7am  after not sleeping due to the smell and also being bitten from whatever was in the bloody sheets! We went downstairs at 8am to check out and all doors were locked downstairs and not one person around to give keys back to, so keys were left on the side board and we left and not like we could complain to an invisible person!

This place should be shut down not given any stars at all!

I have written a formal complaint to this place!! I have visited Blackpool numerous times but I have never experienced this!! Hotel looked shut on arrival if I hadn’t been conned to pay I advance I would have walked away!!  Dark dingy fusty!!! Holes in the bedding wallpaper ripped off the walls. For top
Price I got an awful room I dread to think what the cheaper rooms are like!! The owners whole attitude stunk! I never complain but this place oh my god!!!!

Never again!!

Stayed in a 3 bed room, one bunk. Room was average, a good size with a wardrobe. Very small bathroom. Could do with renovating but was pretty clean and good for what we needed. Would recommend for more than a couple of nights. Owner lady was very friendly.

Basic accommodation, good location 

We booked a triple family room for myself, 6-year old son and sister-in-law.  From the very beginning we were dubious.  Camilla called to take payment prior to our stay even though it clearly stated on Booking.com it was “Pay at the Property”.  She said she wasn't aware of that and asked what rate Booking.com had quoted.  Regardless, the fee was paid to secure our room.  After which, we received an email from Booking.com saying the reservation had been cancelled!  It is obvious she had taken the increased rate from Booking.com (which is always the case to take advantage of book now, pay later) and cancelled the booking with them so as not to have to pay them any fees!

Upon arrival, the hotel was in darkness.  Never have I arrived at a hotel/B&B and it not be open.  The owners have always been there.  If we hadn’t had already paid, we would have left there and then to find somewhere else.

Once inside, I was pleasantly surprised at the bar/lounge area and expected the bedroom to be of the same standard.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t.

It looked like a converted store cupboard.  There were holes in the bedding and curtains, no coffee, no TV remote (we only found the note regarding this on the evening), crack in the cistern, poorly decorated with wallpaper mis-matched and missing from some of the wall!  The pillows were like bricks.  All in all, the room was very shabby and outdated, nothing like the pictures I had seen online.  Definitely not worth the £75 that was paid.

We were woken up at 2am by a group of women shouting and trying to find their room.  This only lasted 10 minutes.  I appreciate Blackpool is popular with hens and stags so wasn’t too upset by this.  However, we were disturbed again at 4am by a man shouting and banging doors trying to get into his room!  The hotel advertises it is child friendly.  This is definitely not the sort of place to bring children.

It also states that breakfast is available at the property.  We weren’t even given the option of breakfast.  This certainly isn't a 3-star hotel.  I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star.  I woke up with bites on my feet!!

On our arrival back home we looked at the prices on the website which quoted from £45 to £75.  We had paid the highest price for an awful room!  When we checked out early on the Sunday morning, Camilla seemed surprised!  When we explained what had happened during the night, all she said was that we should have called her!

The only good thing about the hotel is its location.
