very moderate hotel  Stayed for 3 days in room 16 very small and a double room 18 both on the ground floor.No wi-fi connection.  Televisions were not tuned in so no television for our 3 day stay. Mattresses in need of replacement. W,C in room 18 very hard to flush. Bar rarely opened unless requested.
Yale number entry to door. one outside door not working. Sad to say a hotel going downhill quickly

Disappointing

Stayed in the Sea View twin room, was clean and tidy nice, nice view in the day and of the evening with the lights. The manager went above and beyond to support where he could very friendly and welcoming!

Lovely location and lovely staff  our room was a family room over looking the sea it doesn't do breakfast but no problems as went to lites diner which is 3 doors down very homely feel especially when relaxing in the lounge overlooking the sea the price is amazing for location we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back thankyou for your hospitality 

We just stayed there and the sink on the bathroom has a chip In moudly curtains so didn't have a shower place needs a massive update.  The parking is bad a s it'd double parking,  also the guy is very polite the bar needs updating  Ns empty bottles removing like there was a wine glass on the bar for the entire time we was there

Absolute disgrace TV didn't work beds falling apart bathroom tap have to hold down to release water.
Dirty rooms even fur a stop gap I'd not let my dog stay here.
No breakfast served even though advertised with free breakfast. No bar so not able to get a drink.  paid £200 for 2 nights as it was jubilee weekend and last minute.
Came home adrer 1 night stay wasn't going back. Told owners we were leaving due to reasons and Told no refund would be given for the night we didn't stay no apology given either.

This was ment to be a dad and lad weekend as a mini stagdo with a 15 and 17 year old who is autistic.

We have just came home from this hotel , arrived late Saturday night booked in for 2 nights 2 adults 2 kids . Met a  gentleman who booked us in, took payment showed us to our room gave us our key and a card and went on his way , no mention of breakfast , bar opening times ect , when we got there the room was old dated and a weird old smell but we were exhausted from travelling so dropped the bags and headed out to try enjoy our night. Got back to the room about 10ish to find a man in the next room shouting and banging walls we decided let's go in try get the head down it's been a long day ! When we sat down the room was freezing so I went down to see how to work the heating to be given a heater and told they dont put heating on incase anyone else in the hotel is hot .. baring in mind it was absaloutley chucking it down with rain, my 2 kids ( 2 and 10 ) were drenched,  but the gentleman gave me a heater ( with not much heat  ) , we then tried to watch some TV for the TV to have no signal after trying to tune it in numerous times it still didn't connect. Next morning I went down stair about 8-8.30 the whole place was in darkness noone having breakfast ect so we decided to go out . In all honesty I didn't want to return to the room so we spend from 8.30 am - 9.30pm out the room on the Sunday when we went in the TV still didn't work , the shower had went freezing and wouldn't heat up , the men in room 30 were up ALL night again ! ALSO Another issue the car park IS  terrible I had to lift my sons pram up over my head to get it out or I would have scratched someone's car.  Definitely won't be back.

Holiday from hell

Beautiful hotel a must visit came here 3 years ago lovely staff breathtaking location,,,in Blackpool right now wanted to visit again but it’s closed??no wonder why!hope it opens soon PS:Cleanliness was spot on

Booked for 2 nights  with partner,aunt and uncle,rooms were clean,beds comfortable, shower was good,plenty of hot water, tea coffee making facilities in room,fan in room, tv and radio,The manger Harris could not have been more helpful,parking spaces too the only thing i could pick as a fault was the overflowing ashtray at entrance to hotel, being a non smoker it was not a good first impression, not withstanding this we had a great time and would book again, thanks for a nice few days

Booked driven up looked closed no light on buzzer didn't work phoned the number door open booked in escorted to a freezing room with a small heaters pushed in only guests but on website saying one room left .ask the Canadian lad what time was breakfast only to be told no breakfast. All for 52 pound totally ridiculous.

Visited for 3 nights at 70pound a night which was way over the odds.Host was welcoming but car park was cramped went to room light didnt work the toilet seat was loose and had a hole in it near the flush also the kettle in the room wasnt safe as didnt have a passed safety check on it till last year.The window was cracked and the smoke alarm in the room was fitted but still in its packaging. The shower was a small box couldnt move made it impossible to shower and none of he rooms were serviced or cleaned while we were there which was disgusting didnt even replace coffee cups of milk etc in room all interested in packing place and making money 40pound a night would of been to much with the added smell of curry in the corridors I am not fussy but this is a def a no no
