stayed for Xmas and New Year throughout. breakfast was excellent. en suite room great. staff( paul & jade ) new managers very friendly/helpful. location central, parking fine. noise level fine. cleanliness fine. has a bar and entertainment when busy. tv and tea making in room. Have arranged with staff to return for February half-term, providing same staff in place.

Stayed at the new Milton hotel for the night on new year's eve the new managers jade and Paul are lovely people who can't do enough for you there very friendly and welcoming and made are new year special with all are family

Family night away in Blackpool

Absolutely discusting. Bathroom was filthy. Towels just thrown on bed and not hung up. Smelt of stale smoke in the bedroom. It was freezing. The whole place was a pig sty. Was meant to have a bar but it was obviously not opened and it was full of clutter and crap. I wasn't going to pay full amount because it was that discusting, the whole hotel needs a deep clean from top to bottom. The hotel needs to review its advertisement and actually publish what it looks like and not what it could be like.

I stayed here for one night host was very polite and nothing to much beds very comfortable very central only down fall is no kettle in rooms for if u want a cup of tea but apart from that I’d stay again

Cheap and cheerful

Just returned and although we only stayed one night the hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from a blackpool guest house. The rooms were functional and the beds comfortable although a little compact if you are over 6 foot. The host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble   The breakfast was sufficient for a hungry (greedy) person line myself. My only real negative wold be that some guests (though not all I have to say) could have learned some manners from my 3 year old grandson. On the whole a comfortable stay which my family enjoyed

What can I say

Stayed here with the family for 2 nights. We all enjoyed our selves, lovely breakfast and the owners made you feel welcome.   For the price you pay you definetly can't complain. Would definetly stay again.


Cheap and cheerful  :)

What can I say.  I am a bit amazed by all the other reviews here and I feel very out of step with them.  The hotel is run down and very tired (hence the low price I guess).  
The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke and the cleanliness left loads to be desired. For a hotel with a No Smoking sign there were ashtrays in the room.  Everything had that stale smoke smell.  My partner wanted to leave and not stay but (stupidly) I said that after a few drinks we'd be happy enough!!!  We were not and got up early the next morning to escape not even daring to try the breakfast.  
No towels provided and sheets that looked like they had not been changed, tired carpets and the unpleasant smell throughout did not make for a good stay.  Yes it was cheap - but it was not good value - I just wish I had listened to my partner and left.
Oh - it is a good location for the beach and the entertainments.... that's about it I am afraid.

We have stayed here for hen doo's, family hols and Birthday bashes over the years and have always had a very pleasant stay .
Sue and the team  are very welcoming and helpful and ensure u have a great stay.
Rooms are clean and fresh, rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and tv.
Also should say we felt very safe in the Milton hotel considering it caters for families and groups, Sue is very good at managing her guests stay to ensure a good time is had by all.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Quality stay 

Came for a mates birthday bash stayed at Sue's. Top place proper Yorkshire value. Just off the golden mile. Warm welcome and a bar too what more do u need. See you next time we in Blackpool. More toast please lol
