Avoid avoid avoid id rather lay in a bath of sh*t. This is a disgusting sh*thole. I felt like leaving a great big sh#% on the reception. I didnt hang around for breakfast cos i didnt want legionaires disease. The carpet sticks to your feet. How do they allow vile places to remain open is beyond me.

Dump

We booked here on the spur of the moment, we arrived early morning and even though we could not get in until the afternoon, they let us park our car up. They were the most friendliest people you would like to know. For what we paid the room was worth it. Yes it could do with updating but with the big hotel groups building new hotels around Blackpool, people would not pay the small family run hotels the money, which is a shame. These people have worked hard all these years and will soon be a thing of the past. You don’t get the same friendly service or personal touches that you would in a family run place.

Spur of the moment

Should have gone but in lockdown so we couldn’t. Contacted him and booking . Com both not bothered, so lost £350 because they won’t give us our money back . Disgrace to Woolley hotel and booking.com .still want my money back , if you read this Woolley or booking .com , get you act together.

No stars

We booked before the covid 19 came in before March we were due to go that weekend. We were still going to go but the hotel said they were closing and still took my money. They said they would refund my money. Booking.com got in touch with them and they were supposed to contact me again nothing. 
Very disappointed with how we have been treat and they shouldn't have taken our money knowing they were not opened.

Money taken

Had a little weekend away and really enjoyed ourselves, they are dog friendly which is a god send, Thank you Mellisa and Billy for having us, we will be coming back very soon.

Brilliant and friendly staff

I didn’t realise such hotels actually existed. How they are allowed to be open for business is beyond me. The smell walking in is enough to put you off!!! We had to find alternative accommodation and was refused our money back. The room hadn’t been cleaned in god knows how long!!! Dried sick 🤢 patch down the side of the bed, dirty carpets, dried sick in sick, mouldy, damp bathroom floor, broken ladder on bunk bed, broken bannister on top of stairs, cobwebs, the list is endless.
Only plus side was that the bedding looked clean but that’s probably because no one actually stays to sleep in it and I can guarantee that you’d probably wake with bites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Dirty, filthy, unsafe and unhygienic. AVOID!!!!!!!

Just come back from staying at this hotel. The price was so cheap so didn’t expect the Hilton ! The room was very small for 5 persons, very bad decor & old fashion but clean. The en-suite was very very old fashion but it did it’s purpose.
That’s the negative. But positive the owner billy & his employee Melissa was so helpful. They went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. They gave my children money to play on the Pac-Man machine & money to play pool. Our TV didn’t work and immediately brought a working replacement. The breakfast cooked by Billy was small but tasted lovely and was cooked to a high standard. 
All in all we enjoyed our self, hotel us run down but didn’t affect or ruin our break , as the hospitality made up for it. 
The location is perfect as only a 10 minute walk to everything.

You pay for what you get

This charming little gem of a hotel is ideal for families and four legged ones too! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and to a good standard and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There is also free parking by the hotel with 24/7 CCTV cameras. It is a 5 minute walk away to the beach and approximately 10 minute stroll to the famous Blackpool tower.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the kind hardworking staff who made our stay there so welcoming and relaxing.  
It has been an absolute pleasure staying there and definitely value for money.

We shall be booking again in the near future.

Charming Little Gem of a Hotel

AVOID ADVOID ADVOID!!!!!!!

 stayed here the weekend with my family! Shocking. The room was FILTHY we had no HOT water in the room was told to run the shower and it would be 20mins before water got up to us!! The carpets was BLACK! AND STICKY! my daughters clothes had to be thrown away as the black won't come out of her stuff. 
The bathroom floor was black and wet. The toilet cistern was hanging off. There wasn't NO SAFETY locks on the windows of a family room.. i took my 2 children who as disabled and who has adhd and autism. She was always near the window looking out! Had to get her away as the drop was shocking. I was unable to unpack for the weekend as we had wet coffee all the the draws. The dust in the room was filthy! Like it wasn't even cleaned or checked booking.com SHOULDN'T be allowed to allow anyone took book. The bathroom was filthy! When raised the complaint with booking.com they said the woodley hotel had told them we was offered another room 100% LIES! WE WASNT OFFERED ANYTHING!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

We have literally had the change hotel at 11:30 at night. The rooms have mice and they refused to refund. The rooms are filthy dirty, toothpaste spat on the sinks. We called the next day to speak to the owner who said it was our own fault for picking this hotel! It seems they know how bad the situation is they just want to secure your money!!!!
One the flip side the bedding seems to be clean, I feel this is because no one has actually stayed long enough to get into the beds though!
