Stayed four nights in room 5 - lovely large room and very clean room and bathroom. Bedding clean and crisp. Breakfast full English was good and Gary the landlord very friendly.  Parking available just five minutes away. Great location - just off sea-front and clost to town and all ameneties. Would definately return.

Weekend break

We have just left room 11 and the place is immaculate lovely. Room is a bit small but paying £44 is to be expected. The room has tea & coffee with the kettle being clean. We were given guest towels which we never used. Room also had tv. I would have paid £50 for the room to be honest. Our only issue is the room was extrenely cold even with heating on could have done with an extra blanket due to this we noticed slight condensation near the top of the ceiling. This wouldnt deter us coming again but would request a different room. All in all we had a lovely stay thank you.

Lovely with slight issue

Stayed here for 2 nights with our children 8 and 4 and what a lovely stay we had room is basic but lovely and clean and very quiet and toilet was clean to would definitely return 

This b and b is right behind lyndene hotel so very easy to find and local also we parked at the car park just at end of road very handy 

Lovely stay 

Not what I expected room was very dated and so was the toilet and shower which happens to be a shared toilet and shower not what I expected from 2019 however the man that let me in was very welcoming just think the place needs a refit also 4 bed sheets on the matress wouldn't stay again 

Avoid 

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to the summer bash one day and the fair day after. Found the hotel to be in the perfect location for both of these things. On arrival the owner Gary was very pleasant and welcoming to us. Room was good. Had everything in that we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Gary was very friendly and was stood talking to us when we went to get drinks from the bar. Would definitely stay here again

Room was imaculate with a great tea tray even had a Tunnocks Caramel Waffer 

The Food Here is Also Great Local Produced Cooked To A Very High Standard 

The Bar is well stocked with also a good selection of wines not overpriced 

Only Negative Wifi not great Modern Technology Does Not Travel Well In Traditional Old Stone Buildings

Love This Place 

The Hotel is a very short distance away from the seafront which is ideal because you can then catch the tram anywhere along seafront ( it's a very long seafront).
The interior of the hotel is decorated in a beach theme very nice. My room which was a single was just right for me and had all the facilities I needed.
The room came with a free breakfast. which was very good. The chap who owns the hotel was nice and friendly and very helpful. would be going back for Xmas if they were open.

Great place to stay

Stayed in room 1 & its was lovely perfect for me ..had own bathroom & TV so I could hide away with a book as that's what I enjoy.. Breakfast was cooked or cereal whichever you prefer.. The owners were polite & made sure was okay .. Would definitely recommend its lovely & has a bar if you'd like a drink an to relax with TV whilst at the bar..thank you for a lovely stay guys !

Lovely stay

This place was lovely and friendly and great value for money. Gary and Jayne were very welcoming, and friendly. The rooms were very basic but Size was good, beds were comfy just could've done with more pillows. The room came with an iron and ironing board, and ensuite. The room came with coffee, tea and milk and two bottles of water which was a very nice touch. The shower was very small but done its job. 

Gary and Jayne were very friendly and great knowledge of area which helped us with our planning very good prices in the bar and very chatty. Gary's photography in the landings were very nice and artistic you can see he is an avid photographer. 

We had a great time and would definitely stay again😁.
