Nice B&B spotless warm comfy beds lovely brekkie nice and quiet but not far from hustle and bustle.was just a pity about the great British weather and my daughter feeling under the weather had to cut the stay short but would defo stay again

Friendly owners,
stayed in a twin room 
Which was plenty big enough and very clean. 
Good location with an easy walk to shops and bars.
Breakfast was very tasty, friendly waiter. 
We will most defiantly return next year.

Girlie weekend

Just stayed for 3 enjoyable night. Check in smooth and hotel is run by a lovely friendly couple. Room was on top floor and was big enough and nice and clean. Lots of hot water and tea making facilities. One little niggle was the glasses were dirty on arrival so we cleaned them before use but over the 3 days the cups and glasses were never cleaned. We had to clean them in the bathroom!
The hotel is in a brilliant location, 5 minute walk from North pier and lots of pubs within easy walk in back street. 
The breakfast was very nice, fresh cooked to order, fruit juices and cereals available and plenty of tea and toast!
It’s a good job we are well able bodies as we were on the top floor (as requested) and the lift worked on the first day but then broke so we had to use the stairs. A problem if the lift was relied on.
We had a car space on the front but there are also some spaces round the back as well.
Would we recommend this hotel, yes definitely x

Brilliant weekend break

Rooms are quite big,beds comfy, tea facilities,en-suite,small tv one channel itv kept breaking up. Did not stay in the room much,only a short walk to variety of pubs etc opposite north pier and near to the tower and shopping centre. Seating in the dining room on the table a bit cramped , my seat needed repadding. Nice full English to start the day, cereal and juice available. Staff pleasant. Lucky to get a parking space ,same as a lot of places in Blackpool, if you don’t want to pay £16 for 24 hr parking, look up other parking places before you travel or a side street tour to find a space.

Blackpool weekend break

Stayed for a weekend in the hotel in a twin room. Can't fault the check in even though we were delayed getting there, great breakfast in the morning. Lift facilities to every floor of the hotel, lovely and warm  could control our own heating and bed comfortable. Excellent location to the tower and North pier and tram stops not far away. Would stop there again on our next visit.
