Absolutely brilliant experience from arrival until departure,hotel was spotless as in spotless,room was spot on and the breakfast was awesome,staff cannot do enough for you,the best one yet by far will definitely be returning, recommend 5⭐.

Simply the best.

For the price this is a gem. Chris made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Room was spotless with lovely white bedding . Situated in one of the nice avenues close to the shops and tower . Parking is limited but Chris kindly helped source a parking space for us. 
Breakfast was delicious - a huge selection thanks Peter ! 
We will return and would most definitely recommend .

Lovely 1 night stay

Lots of good things about this hotel, with only a couple of niggles.

We were in 2 single rooms, sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. The rooms were clean, and it was mostly a nice set up. I was in the smaller of the two rooms, so didn’t have my own tea making facilities, so no morning brew as I didn’t want to wake my friend up. A small tray, stored in one of the drawers, would have solved this. 

Bathroom was bright & clean, the only issue was that the doors didn’t close properly - we are close friends so not too much of a problem, but did take away a bit of privacy. 

Hosts were lovely, very friendly, very hospitable. 

Location was good, just a short walk from The Tower & the front. 

Breakfast was nice .. not a fan of the sausage, a better quality would made it so much better. It was well cooked, hot and there was plenty of it.

Overall very good

We loved our stay and will return. We had a fab greeting and chat before being shown to our room. We was offered a room upgrade which we accepted. It was immaculately clean. The bed and bedding was 1st class. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk with lovely big cups and saucers. Breakfast was nice, I had poached eggs and tomatoes with toast all cooked to perfection. A really pleasant stay.

Lovely friendly and very clean.

Hidden gem, spotless, the most comfortable beds, quality bed linen, lovely and warm, large lounge and nothing was to much trouble for Chris and Aleana the perfect hosts,great breakfast and central location for The Winter gardens and The Tower.

Welcoming and spotlessly clean!

What a lovely place. We booked the superior room, very comfy bed and large room, it was clean and stocked with coffee and tea and shower gel etc….
Their is a fridge in the room also.
Breakfast was lovely and much needed.
Chris the host was very welcoming and let us leave our car the next day outside while we went shopping. We will look to come again next time we visit Blackpool.

Couple night away

Stopped here for 1 night over the week end really friendly owners....breakfast was spot on. Bed was comfy.room was a bit on the small side but it never bothered us Will probably return here.Cheers Chris and the rest of the team keep up the good work

The owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Room was spot on; clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely lovely with cooked breakfast and toast and cereals and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning when next in town. 

Gem of a B and B close to Blackpool Tower. 

Chris could not have been more helpful, went out of his way to give me a very warm welcome and above and beyond to cater for my dietary requirements at breakfast. Room was good value, central location so just a short walk to get to Blackpool seafront.

Fantastic service

My son and I visited this hotel for the first time for a little family holiday. Hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing. They catered for vegans/vegetarians if you let them know in advance. The proprietors/managers were very welcoming, and were very helpful with their knowledge of where to go to, bus timetables and cost of places etc. very friendly hotel.
