Arrived @ edenfield and was able to check in early the owners were very welcoming.

 The lobby is very clean refreshing and smelling lush. A quick glance in the dinning/breakfast room looked very clean, modern and set out well with great decor.

The room was very spacious,  very clean and modern with nice furniture,  fresh clean bedding and a comfortable mattress with a good night sleep.

The bathroom once again was very clean and modern with clean fresh towels and a spacious shower.

The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection to choose from as well as the menu cooked to perfection and warm.

Can not fault the place with the cleanliness very homely and inviting with great friendly and inviting host.

Bus and trams roots are literally a walk away at the end of the street with free on street parking right outside.

Highly recommended and will definitely be returning again.

Excellent Place To Stay

Absolutely perfect b&b, the whole place is immaculate with the most luxurious comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Shaun & Mel was the most hospitable hosts and go the extra mile to make your stay feel relaxing whilst offering all the comforts you would find at home. Would so highly recommend this beautiful b&b to anyone wanting a perfect experience of a b &b in Blackpool. Thank you Shaun & Mel and we will return soon

Perfection

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay, lovely people, clean and comfy rooms and the breakfast was amazing, the dining area is light and clean also.

Would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Fantastic

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. Very reasonably priced with friendly hosts. Comfy bed so a good nights sleep. Fresh, modern decor throughout. The whole place was immaculate. And the breakfast was excellent with ample choice for every taste. Next time we stay in the area we will try to book here first! Will definitely be back

Great accommodation

This place is amazing… been here a few times now.  If you want somewhere quite to rest this place for you. The b&b is fantastic with a  lovely bed to sleep in nice big rooms with a lovely en-suite 

The couple who run this..they both have a beautiful soul and do lovely and kind they do anything for you they both very helpful they can’t do enough for you!!

Breakfast in the morning is a cooked English breakfast with cereal and yogurt of your choice with toast and tea and coffee. 

Would definitely recommend to stay here. 

I would not stay anywhere else in Blackpool now. Xx

Brilliant place to stay

Just had the most wonderful four night stay at Number 42. Everything was perfect. Immaculate room, exceptional breakfast and absolutely brilliant hosts. Shaun and Mel couldn't do enough for us and took every step to make sure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. A truly great place to stay. Nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle with the tram stop less than a five minute walk. We would give this fabulous hotel six stars if we could and will definitely be back.  X

Simply the best

Had a lovely two night stay at this wonderful guest house. Absolutely nipping clean, lovely big bedroom & had the best sleep ever. Just a few minutes from the sea front but nicely tucked away so it's really quiet. Breakfast was amazing, with so much attention to detail. Already planning our next stay here. Wonderful hosts who can't do enough for you. Best guest house in Blackpool!

Two night stay

i stayed in room 4 
Great quiet location with tram stop was 2 minutes walk on the prom
It took 12 mins to walk to the north Pier and enjoyed the bloom bar on Melanie’s recommendation 
I managed to park my car on the street which has no parking restrictions and is free 
There is also Gynn carpark which is council owned close by

Really good stay 

REALLY impressed with our stay, this Hotel knocks spots off every one I have stayed in before. The position of it is great, nice and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk from the sea front and trams.

Throughout the Hotel 2 rooms have been knocked into one, so they are all a great size. It was absolutely spotless throughout. The owners are really friendly and very informative of places to go. The breakfast was top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Edenfield no. 42-Excellent stay

HIDDEN GEM

The room was spotless,modern and comfortable. Melanie was very welcoming and funny, and told us to go to a lovely restaurant called Mi Casa on red bank road. Breakfast was lovely. Ticked all the boxes for our stay in Blackpool. Have booked to stay here again for when we come back to see the lights.
