The hotel is very clean,,nice views to the city of Blackpool..,,5 min.to Blackpool tower...has WiFi working,,which is very good.,showers are working..cosy room I was in.. I was happy staff was friendly...thnxx..

Good place...

It was the worst hotel I.ve ever stayed at no-one available on reception at all.We requested Bath towels for 3 sharing a room.And got (1) The tea and coffee facilt in the bedroom were not enough for 3 people.Being  a paying guest it was only worth about £10 per night As long as you take your own bath towels and tea and coffee facilities and your own teaspoons.The service was deplorable.Never again.!!!!

Awful place

The dirtiest hovel I've ever stayed in it was absolutely filthy, it smelled vile looked vile holes in the carpets sticky handrails, mouldy fridge, pillows smelt like sweat I could add a lot more. It was that bad we didn't stay and went home . This hotel should be taken off any booking site.

House of horrors

The worst place I have ever stayed. In fact, we decided not to stay in the end and we drive home in the middle of the night. Disgusting, filthy, hovel. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the beds let alone me. Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting 

From booking it showed it as a clean tidy and with sea view. Also when booking it said it was a deluxe double room. But what a suprise we got on arrival. Its the worse place ive ever seen in Blackpool. No way was we given a deluxe double room more like a room to kill you is more right.
Walls marked and the cupboards was a wreck.but worse was the bed which had pee stains on it and blood stained was not fit to sleep on it. Tried to get them just whave our Bill and I'd not leave a review. The lady at the hotel was blaming us lol, saying we made this mess just to take pictures how crazy to think someone on chemo fir cancer would want to do such a thing. I also said if they wouldn't help then I'd post to show if anyone wants to stay in Blackpool then give this a big thumbs down and dont put yourself in this hell hole like we did 

Deluxe Double Room Horror

Disgusting hotel my dog caught mites and tiks and I didn’t even stay one night  of the two nights I’d paid for, I tried to complain about the smell, no heaters, curtains blowing with window shut, no running water from the sink, telly not working, bedding dirty, left before the first sleep she said no refunds was very rude,I sent her pics of my dog and the vet bill she said it was my own carelessness, she said I’d left because of the weather!!  avoid at all costs

Disgrace

Booked this hotel for one night. Booked a triple room with seating area..we got a tiny room with 3  beds no seating area.. we ordered a travel cot once that was up you couldn't get passed no sardines in a tin comes to mind? The cleanliness of room discusting mirror filthy chips under bed false nails on floor. Long dark hair on rug which my son kept picking up? The toilet was a shared toilet could not wash hands as taps didn't work went to turn taps the whole pipes lifted up? 
Could not complain as there was noone around I saw a foreign lady who gave me my keys then totally disapeared for 24 hours? Do not waste your money people!!!

Do not stay

This is the worst "hotel" in Blackpool.  we had booked a triple room, it was 5 floors to get there upo steep stairs.  Show was smaller than a phone box as was the toliet.  We had one towel between three of us.  There is no one on site.  Despite ringing half an hour before arriving as requested we waited half an hour in the rain for a man to arrive in a car and open up the "hotel".  He spoke almost no english and suspect he shouldnt be in UK.  The fire doors were all propped open and the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling by its wires.  Simply awful.  Dont even think about staying here. Ever.

Do not stay here! Ever!

This a fantastic palce to stay location is brilliant a nice clean place I loved my stay and I will definitely stay again . It's a nice and peaceful location next to the tower and all the amusements around I've read some bad reviews but it's in my opinion a nice clean basic place and if you expect 5 star pay more

Great place

We are due to go here on the 27th October I have rang several times no answer and left voicemails asking for them to contact me regarding my booking. I have emailed and messaged on booking.com no reply. It is now the day before we are due to go they still haven't taken payment and I am ment to be traveling by train with 2 children and can't risk getting there and the accommodation  been cancelled. I think booking.com need to remove this accommodation from there site as there has just not been any kind of correspondence from the company. 
Looking at the recent reviews I don't seem to be the only person who has been having issues with this place. It's a shame as we was looking forward to going.
