DO NOT stay at the hotel, the staff are extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. We booked a triple room, on arrival was told no room available and we would have to have a double with a put up bed, for 3 women!! We accepted this and paid, not happy but it was a room. When we got in there, it was absolutely disgusting, stains on the bedding, blood on the walls, dust everywhere and the bathroom was unbearable it smelt like a man’s urinal. You couldn’t swing a cat in the room let alone put another bed in there. When I confronted the owner she said it was ONLY a stain on the bed and it was clean, I was told not to worry about the bed and she will re bleach the bathroom, we ask for a refund and she refused, we left and checked in to another. Absolute disgrace of a place!!!

We had a lovely stay here, the hosts are very welcoming,  rooms are clean. Downstairs there us lots of room with a well equipped bar and music. Breakfast was delicious 😋.  2 mins from the beach. We will return 

Excellent location, great breakfast. 

Wasn't impressed with our stay, the bedroom floor creaked everywhere, the bed was no better. There was a hole in the wall, cylocone sealer dawbed on the window sill , bare wires in the shower running into the shower box, dirt at the bottom shower tray, bad grouting round the sink stand, the extracter fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned , ever. Downstairs in the bar sofas crammed in, tv was on as well as the music so you couldn't hear people talking, out of date crisps. Breakfast wasnt that warm, ... you get the jist, wasn't impressed

Great hotel stairs bit steep but the owners couldnt do anything more for you if you tried very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast full english, ceral tea coffee extra also indoor swimming pool heated didnt use but look ok😀 

Weekend away

Ive stayed here many times and always have a great time. Comfy beds  great breakfast. Well stocked bar and the owners are the friendliest swimming pool is heated and TV lounge with all the sports channels.

Holiday

This was booked on a whim by my sister as the breakfast photos looked great, and right they were, the owners were also very pleasant….unfortunately the niceties end there.

Our double room consisted of a smaller than double bed with faded sheets and a dirty wall where I would’ve perhaps liked to have seen a headboard. Our request for a child cot was swiftly granted yet it was covered in stains, and so our baby slept between myself and partner in our already cramped bed, needless to say, we didn’t get the best nights sleep! Towels were provided yet did not smell freshly laundered, and were black…not my favourite colour in a hotel, instant cover up for stains in my opinion.

Shower room needed a good scrub and a little maintenance, with a filthy soap ledge, mouldy grouting and fixtures missing. Wallpaper hanging off the ceiling, cheap dated curtains, grubby surfaces, tv not working…the place could do with a lick of paint and a good old revamp.

As I said, the breakfast was freshly cooked, tasty and hosts were very accommodating but unfortunately, even for a ‘cheap’ stay I think we paid well over the odds.

Seen better days…but lovely host

This is one of the worse places I've ever stayed! The room was just worn and torn and needed some desperate tlc. The wall paper was ripped,marks on the walls, stained sheets, pillow cases and pillows themselves, we only got 1 pillow each, one cup was dirty,bottom of bed frame was wobbly and broken,wardrobe was old and was broken. The mattress was hard, the bed frame was horrible and we didn't sleep at all. There were kids running around that we could hear outside our room and someone tried our door, which thankfully we locked. We was staying for the weekend but we ended up coming home on the Saturday as we could not of stayed another night. I felt dirty and ripped off to be honest. However when we arrived the gentleman was more then friendly and when he asked for payment in cash he was more then happy to wait for us to give it him as we didn't have money on us. I spoke to the woman the next day who apologize for only being cash only and I payed in full. Didn't even eat the breakfast, went out for something to eat instead. 
Sadly we will not be coming here again!

Helpful friendly staff good breakfast, good base to start your holiday. The hotel itself is close to all the things that you need for you and your family beech shops in between the sandcastle and the tower

Pleasent

The definition of don’t judge a book by its cover.I walked into this hotel thinking it would be terrible for 3 stars but it was truly amazing.The beds were so comfy you could fall asleep in seconds and the breakfast was amazing. There was a pool in the hotel and I was in it every second I could be. Equipment like goggles and balls were provided for free and the staff were so kind. One of the best hotels in Blackpool !!!!!!

First things first , the beds in this hotel are absolutely horrible. rock solid i think i’d rather lie in a pit of 100 knives. Pillows felt like rocks mate and there was music blasting downstairs til about 3am. The dodgy scottish bloke behind the bar is an absolute nonce i seen him kiss a little kid on the lips on the 1st floor while i was walking to my room. this is disguisting behaviour and heard many parents discuss this matter aswell. the women on the desk is disgraceful. she demanded cash only as soon as we walked through the door. She offered a family room for the same as 2 separate rooms for the same price making it out as a good deal when the family room is £20 cheaper. The parking situation was also terrible. propa squeeze. BREAKFAST , the women was raging when i asked for cereal she didn’t have but i was unaware of this. i feel like she hated me and my family the whole time. customer service skills out the window. i was told she would cater for my picky eating yet was told instantly no to even the slightest change. i asked for an omelette cos i dont like fried eggs but she told me no instantly and walked away. she ignored us many times and the bacon was absolutely rotten. THE LOCK ON MY DOOR WAS NOT EVEN A LOCK was propa struggling for 10 mins tryna lock this mate. i’m pretty sure i heard the dodgy bloke try open my door aswell. i’ve seen bed side tables bigger than the toilet in my room and the ONLY plug was on the other side of the room.
