very warm welcome. we were only staying one night so booked a small double which was perfectly adequate. no exageration to say the room (the whole hotel actually ) was the cleanest we've seen in a b&b. breakfast was exactly as shown and was perfectly cooked. fruit juice/cerials /toast available. very professional setup

great b&b in good location

By far the loveliest b&b we have stayed in Blackpool, lovely hospitable owner nothing to much trouble, immaculate rooms extremely clean and amazing breakfast will stay here from now on, great location for train station.

Amazing stay

Spotless clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff.  Good breakfast room had a well equipped on suite.WiFi available, sockets spare for charging tech , central heating on it was a cold night but nice and warm in the hotel good stock of tea and coffee in the room.

Lovely short stay

The Ledgend B&B - what a lovely find.  We were welcomed by the owners who made us feel very welcome.  Four car parking spaces are available to book free of charge.  The rooms were clean and bright all en-suite with tea and coffee facilities, TV and hair dryer.  The cooked breakfast was the best we’ve had before.

A great find

Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and even better host. Couldn't ask for more especially for the price. It's a rarity to find an excellent location with parking. Would definitely return and bring the kids next time. If your heading to the winter gardens for a show. Could not get any better. All round fantastic!

Excellent stay and value for money 

A lovely quiet place to stay in a thriving part of the town.   The place was really clean, everything we wanted was in the room.   We were looked after by Lesley who was fantastic. Breakfast was great, selection of cereals, juices and a cooked breakfast.

One night get away.

We only stayed one night here to see a comedy show at the Dome.  We received a warm welcome and we just loved the vibe.

It was a beautiful day so we sat outside in the sunshine just prior to looking for our room.  The room was not huge, but it was spotlessly clean.  We had read reviews about the noise level due to the Club in the basement, but we were not bothered by that, rather the generator outside our room!

All in all, a lovely stay, and the parking is the most reasonable we have had in Brighton.

Short weekend away

Small, cosy room in a small guesthouse. Clean and tidy throughout. Functional, stylish ensuite. Amazing breakfast with good variety served with care. Hosts friendly and helpful. In a good location for the North shore. Reasonable strengths of free WiFi. 

Worth a visit

Stayed here for a mid week break all the way from Scotland 
Very nice B&B hotel. Excellent facilities. Tasty breakfast.
Angie and Francis were very welcoming.
Our room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, well stocked tea tray 
We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place

Right form arrival we we greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the landlady, who was welcoming, and accepted us even though we were 3 hrs too early!!
We arrived for my best friends 50th Birthday, and having a long weekend to celebrate.
The Service was absolutely amazing, the staff and the landlady went out of there way to make our stay comfortable and homely experience.
if you needed anything both at the hotel or from the community they would go and get it for you without being asked. this was absolutely amazing, there was nothing that was to much trouble for them.
the quality of the food was wonderful and all the food  were cooked freshly and perfectly.  
the bar was so well stocked and if they did not have what we wanted they would go out to buy it for us.
I will not be staying any where else in Blackpool form now on!!
