Lovely couple Kev and Heidi, really welcoming and friendly. Room was spotless and well furnished. Great WiFi. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. Shower decent and plenty of tea and coffee available in the room and you can pick more up at reception. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it with offers of more toast and coffee during the service. Very close to everything. Do yourself a favour though, if you have any issues walking let them know in advance do you can get allocated a low floor (my fault and lesson learned) those steps are steep! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Birthday weekend in Blackpool

Friendly, very clean and the best place I’ve stayed in Blackpool…and I’ve stayed here a lot! Hosts so friendly they got all the guests talking in the breakfast room! I’ve been in catering for years and it was the most efficient service I’ve ever experienced! Seagulls a bit noisy but hey it’s by the sea!

The owners  Kev & Hiedi were superb so helpful.The hotel was very clean & tidy lovely fair size room nice on suite bathroom that had a nice powerful shower .Cnt say enough lovely clean and friendy hotel & a brill breckfast to boot.We will deffo be back very soon.♥️

Just got back from 2 night stay at the Birchhouse. 
Once again a fabulous stay.
Host Kev / Heidi are warm friendly welcoming. Nothing too much trouble for them.
Excellent location to all amenities. 
B&B spotlessly clean.
Excellent breakfast to set you up for the day.
Would highly recommend the Birchhouse B/B .To anyone looking for a great stay in Blackpool

Can’t praise this place highly enough. A great little find and one we will be using every time we go to Blackpool.
Spotlessly clean, really friendly hosts and a mega breakfast.
Close to the attractions and a chip over the road. What more could you want.

Absolutely first rate

Well, what can I say about Birchhouse without over praising? I have no idea.

A warm welcome is the beginning of a fantastic stay. The room was spotless with all facilities and a very comfortable bed, the breakfast exceptional and Heidi & Kev cannot do enough to enhance your stay.

Sadly, we had to leave early so missed breakfast but our wonderful hosts sent us on our way with delicious bacon butties, which were a Godsend when we discovered our first train had been cancelled.

Ideal location, total comfort, a stunning breakfast and the most wonderful hosts ensure Birchhouse remains one of the highest rated and most popular B&B's in Blackpool.

This hotel was recommended to us and were not disappointed. It is clean, all the rooms are spacious and the hosts are friendly and kind. Breakfast was scrumptious. Great location close to all amenities. We are looking forward to revisit.

Wow what can we say so helpful hosts

Even cooked breakfast to how my partner has it!!! The room was nice and clean... only downside, like a lot in blackpool is the parking, unfortunately, although Would definitely  come back again.

Great hosts

Another good stay at this hotel, rooms and common areas very clean and fairly modern. 
Beds comfortable and in a very good location. 
Owners very nice and helpful and breakfast is great.

Another great stay with family and friends

Stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting Blackpool for the Matchplay darts at Winter Gardens, perfect location! Literally 2 minutes walk. 

Hosts Heidi and Kev very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the front door - our room (no5) was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including PG teabags, sugar, milk - you can also top these up during the day as they leave some on reception. 

Breakfast was fantastic- all well cooked, very tasty start to the day!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - thank you both so much for your hospitality! And if you’re ever in Lanzarote give us a shout…drink will be on us!! ;-)
