Absolutely lovely hotel, the nicest welcoming people.  Great location, food exceptional.  Room well equipped and so comfortable.  Everything that you could ask for including toiletries, hairdryer, tv.

Once again this amazing little B&B never failed to deliver. Karen and Paul were simply amazing. Will always come back. The breakfast is sensational and the afternoon siestas a welcome for the evening shows.

A great B&B.

There’s nothing I would fault about this B&B. The minute I arrived I was greeted by the owners who are incredibly welcoming, smiley and friendly, always greeting me by my first name. I was instantly made to feel like it was a home. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The bacon especially was excellent. It was great to see the owners have such a great relationship with other guests who were regular visitors. I would recommend and will look to stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic place 

The b and b is only a stones throw away from the sea front. Fantastic clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is scrumptious 

To save the best until last paul and Karen made me feel welcome and had a great local knowledge of the area and was absolutely great to chat with.  One of the best bed and breakfasts I've stayed in.

Fantastic stay

Paul and Karen made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived card and balloons on bed  a great start to our stay Paul opened the bar while we waited for the rest of the family to arrive gave us great advice on where to eat drink during our stay breakfast was amazing we had a great time my family all agree the only place to stay in Blackpool see you soon have a lovely Christmas  mark and liz

Paul and Karen are fantastic hosts!, Had an amazing stay and really couldn't fault this place, lovely and clean, comfy bed breakfast was excellent and they are very welcoming. When I go back to Blackpool I will definitely be back to here to stay

We stayed for 3 days and was a lively 3 days.The place is spotless and the hosts are exceptional.Breakfast is amazing they go above and beyond.Highly reccomend this place.It is now our forever hotel..

Excellent Place

Karen & Paul where absolutely fantastic hosts, nothing is ever to much and always make u feel welcome. Rooms are lovely and always spotless and well breakfast is spot on!!! 6 years now I have been going to Birch Villa if they are fully booked I don't come to Blackpool simple as that!! Already booked for next year....Can't wait to return with the family ❤❤

Amazing as always!!!

We had a lovely time at birch villa. It’s the second time we’ve stayed and the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. So kind and such lovely people. We will definitely be returning. X love the Nolan family
