Me and my mate arrived here and thinking we had a booking with booking.com however they had cancelled it and not emailed us. But the friendly owners sorted us a room still and it was no hassle. It was right in the centre perfect for what we needed and we enjoyed our stay. The bar was open until 4am so it didn’t matter us rolling in at the silly hour. Anything we needed they were on hand to help us with. We enjoyed it that much were going back again this weekend and will be making future bookings with them

Fantastic stay

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Cleveland hotel. Typical Blackpool b&b in a superb location. The room was great with the added bonus of an en-suite. Without a doubt, Billy & Wilma made our weekend! Nothing was too much trouble, great sense of humour and just genuinely lovely people. You won’t be disappointed staying here! Book! Book! Book!

Fantastic Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Cleveland hotel and I must say it is a great place to stay if your in groups or even as couples in my opinion. 

The owners Billy and Wilma are very welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble if ever you need them. 

The rooms itself do exactly what you need them to do, they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really nice!!

The bar area is welcoming and the pool table is good to start your evening off having a few drinks. 

We will be back in August again and there is no other hotel we would stay at now we have found the Cleveland.

Superb Hotel

Stayed here a few times always try booking again but book early as customers  always return great hosts billy n Wilma  very clean great breakfast we are back again this weekend well situated just behind castles pub 5 min walk

Best in blackpool

Great Hotel, Wilma and Billy are Fantastic really hospitable bedrooms are clean and comfortable and Breakfast is great self service and as much as you want. Billy’s a great bloke who stays up in the bar until everyone is back safely nothings to much trouble for them. Will definitely stay here again
