Another lovely welcoming stay with Sue & Tony. Fab hosts... Always clean n tidy. Nice hot breakfast and parking included. Short walk to all the local amenities. We will be back I'm certain of that. Perfect for couples or families. Nice quiet stay. Thanks again .Chris n Mark x

Little Gem 

Just had a 3 day stay,for the northern soul event at the winter Gardens  which is only 10 minutes walk away. 
Rocklea lovely clean and friendly family business. The owners Sue and Tony perfect host, lovely full English breakfast which went down a treat each morning. Tony football team Sheffield United unfortunately lost 8.0 during our stay.
I just had to ask for 8 sausages the following morning to rub it in 🤣. Thanks again for making our stay so pleasurable.

3 Day stay September 2023

Very clean little hotel and lovely owners.
There is parking to the front if you need it .
Breakfast here is top notch couldn't fault it set all 8 of us up for the day.
If traditional B&B is your preferred choice then you won't find better in the local area thank you Sue & Tony fir a nice weekend. 

You won't find nicer people or cleaner in Blackpool 

Fab stay at this little gem of a Hotel. First time staying here, and it won't be our last. Recommended by friends and family who have stayed here for over 30 years. On arrival we were created by Sue & Tony, very friendly and welcoming. The downstairs lounge and breakfast area is spotlessly clean and modern, very spacious. Also includes an outside patio/garden area. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast served from 9.00am-930am, fresh hot food. Fab location only 10mins walk to the tower.  This hotel also has the added bonus of free parking included which is fab. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.. we will be back. .Chris & Mark x

Fab stay. Fab hosts 

Stayed for 3 nights September 9th to 12th, would like to thank tony and sue for a fantastic weekend stay, they are great hosts, hotel is spotlessy clean throughout and breakfast was very good, tony and sue are very friendly and make you feel like part of the family, also it’s close to all the attractions, thanks again and hope to see you both again soon.

Lovely greeting on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Both rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely soft towels. Sue and Tony are fab hosts and very friendly.  Close to main attractions and parking available.

Great place

This place was amazing from start to finish we didn’t even want to leave that’s how welcome we were made to feel sue and Tony are a credit to businesses in blackpool the customer service was out of this world breakfast was world class and me and the wife were made to feel like part of sue and Tony’s family can’t wait to come back and see the amazing pair would definitely recommend the Rocklea to anyone coming to blackpool and hope tony and sue liked there thank you card .

World class rocklea

just back from a weekend stay at the Rocklea hotel. From the minute you arrive till you leave the hospitality is great. Rooms nice and the breakfast is amazing.
Good that they have parking available too.

Weekend break

Sue and Tony made us feel very welcome cannot do enough for us, have stayed here many times and would highly recommend,  the breakfast was lovely, parking available, rooms spacious, comfortable bed and large tv, changed towels which was nice, best B&B we have stayed at thanks Sue and Tony xx
