Just found this little gem of a hotel. Not sure why some of the posts are so negative, we loved our stay here. The room was as advertised so we knew what to expect. It was clean, tidy with a Comfortable bed. Heating was good so no issues there. Owners are friendly and have great local knowledge. Also offered us discounts vouchers to other local bars. Breakfast was great too. Will definitely stay here again in tge future. Thanks for a great stay and warm hospitality

Another amazing stay

This is  my 5th time staying here & yet again i can’t fault a thing 

Warm, cosy and absolutely spotless room.

Yet again Lee & Chris couldn’t do enough for you, whatever you needed they did.

Amazing breakfast, & an absolute pleasure to stay here again.

I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Blackpool

Yet again just perfect

Stayed here for the weekend too see the screening of Mrs browns boys. Lee, the host, couldn't do enough for us. Carried all the luggage upstairs on arrival and on departure.  It's the little things that count and matter, like we asked for apple juice after the breakfast on the 1st day and on the 2nd day, there was some juice. Nice quiet location and near to everything. Roadside parking was available. Free WiFi. Our room was pleasant and warm enough. Had everything we needed. Including a bottle of milk and bottles of water in the fridge. Safety deposit box should you choose to use it. Bath robes provided. And complimentary miniature shampoo, body wash etc also provided were toothbrushes and miniature toothpastes. Couldn't find fault with anything and as I said earlier, Lee, our host was awesome.

Stayed here last month for two nights and the hospitality that both Chris and Lee showed was fantastic, would definitely recommend the hotel for sure and I do plan on staying there again. The breakfast was superb and the pair of them really do go the extra mile for guests. Centrally located as well and has a great selection of bars and places to eat nearby.

As last time Lee & Chris looked after me, the breakfast is well cooked using good quality products, room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, they really have thought of everything in the room, from full length mirrors, to a mini fridge, hairdryer, nice furniture. (I treated myself to a premium room this time, and I was impressed, you’d be hard pushed to get this level of facilities and comfort in a big chain hotel, I’ve spent more and got less in many big brand hotels! And I believe they have bought a second hotel, so I hope I get to try that out on my next visit!

My Second Stay,

Just spent an amazing 4 days at the Belvedere, Lee and Chris as owners/hosts are amazing and so attentive and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are perfect and location is spot on.The breakfast was quality and sets you up for the day ahead and the residents bar on a Fri and Sat night kick starts  Have already booked another visit this year

We both enjoyed our stay here at the Belvedere. The room was lovely, nice decor, very comfortable bed and a nice fairly big shower and ensuit. The room also had a good selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate and not forgetting biscuits and water bottles. The room also had hairdryer and had a modern feel with a very high standard of hygiene and quality furnishings.  The breakfast was excellent and had everything anyone would need for breakfast.  The breakfast was very well presented and I like the idea of filling out the breakfast forms the day before as this is less waiting and more efficient. I found the hosts Lee and Chris very friendly and would accommodate our stay for the three nights. I have stayed here before with previous owners, i am taking decades previous there was two girls running it and before there was a man on his own, but my partner had his first visit and was impressed rating this hotel highly. Its a nice place to relax and the noise policy works. Fantastic, I'm sure we will stay again.

Lovely Hotel Near To All The Amenities 

Just been to stay for a couple of nights. It has been perfect. Lee and Chris are fantastic hosts and nothing has been too much trouble. We needed an extra blanket which was provided straight away and the room was well stocked with lots of little extras! The shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely coffee maker in the room with some nice biscuits which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the food was second to none and again nothing was too much trouble! We would recommend to anyone. Fabulous little place and can’t wait to stay again!

Brilliant time

A charming bar with a good range of spirits and beers. Comfy bed, slept very well. Breakfast was delicious. Lee & Chris were very welcoming. Ideal location. Looking forward to staying again soon. Good value.

Lee & Chris’s Belvedere hotel is a fantastic place to stay.

Hosts: Lee and Chris have always gone out of their way to ensure that my stay is perfect. I’m lucky enough to stay here quite regularly and the service is always brilliant. They really care about the guests they have and the quality of their hotel which shows.

Rooms: I’ve stayed in many rooms (Personal favourite is Room 5). The beds are always clean. The room itself is clean, dust free and the small touches such as min fans, decent tea and coffee is always great. My little feedback on this is maybe a little more milk sachets in the room however, when I’ve asked them for more, they have been more than happy to give me some more. (The next time I stayed after ask I found they had doubled the milk sachets, so it was so lovely they did that little gesture).

Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, and floors are all clean. Towels fresh.

Breakfast: This is my favourite of course. The Full English breakfast is cooked to order and piping hot when it arrives. The sausage and bacon is decent butcher quality (not those cheap ones you can buy).
Tea and coffee is nice and they are happy to fill it up if you ask. The breakfast bar has a variety of cereals which I found to be a nice touch.

Bar: The bar is very cute with very reasonable priced drinks. The cocktails are delicious. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great start to my night out anyway.

All in all, highly recommended. Well kept hotel and the passion Lee and Chris have for their hotel is fantastic which shows in the quality of the Belvedere.
