Visit here every year. The rooms are clean and en suite. We have a brilliant stay every year. Close to cafes and pubs. Good starting  point for your day as it’s close to everything. Car park at the end of the road. Quiet street if you like your sleep. 
Owners are the best , so friendly and fun.

The nicest place to stay.

We stayed at the GR8 Escape Hotel for a weekend at the end of October. The property is immaculately clean and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shared shower room worked fine and the toilet in our bedroom was useful. The room had a small television and a kettle with cups. Towels were provided but I'd recommend bringing some handsoap for use in the bathrooms. Unfortunately part of the divan for our bed was broken, and had been "fixed" with a plank of wood so it was still useable but not ideal. The hotel is located just off the seafront and is a close walk to anything you would want to get to.

Impeccably clean, friendly hosts. 

Happy to leave a positive review for this hotel. What a lovely couple Paul and Steph are, they can’t do enough for you. The place is very clean and tidy. More than enough for the small price you pay. Highly recommend for people needing a comfortable base for their Blackpool trip! Also, a significant advantage this hotel has over the rest is the location, turn left your at the Pleasure Beach, turn right your at the Blackpool Tower! Walking distance to everything. We most definitely will be returning when in Blackpool and will be certain to book direct to the hotel next time. 

Can’t complain, just what we we needed.

Was very pleased with the service of this B&B, owners were very welcoming to me and my family and great at informing us of the local area when we enquired. Will be recommending this to many and would definitely come again.

Family visit

Me and my family stayed here for a weekend.
The owners and pet dog are amazing and friendly with amazing breakfast and brilliant for price.
Close to all amenities and the beach.
Will deffo be staying again.

Very Nice

We have stayed hear many times. Pail Steph and of course Thomas always make us feel welcome. breakfast is delicious.
beds very comfortable and spacious room with ensuite. not far from all amenities. bars beech shops. nothing is to much trouble for them. Will be back in October. 

Fantastic hosts

Was in Blackpool this past weekend to see one of my favourite bands, The Lancashire Hotpots at the Grand Theatre. As per normal, I did not hesitate to book a room here. 

Love the place, once again Paul and Steph couldn't do more for you, nice comfy bed, lovely breakfasts and within walking distance of everywhere. Plus, don't forget to say hello to Thomas, their Jack Russell. I think really he is the third host! 

You really can't go wrong with the Gr8 Escape.

Back in Black(pool)

Another fantastic visit. Really, all I can say. I've been here a few times and nothing has changed, Steph and Paul are really two of the most friendliest people you will meet and could not be any more accommodating. 

I stopped on my own, but I did not feel lonely at all, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Nice, warm room. Very comfy bed. Gorgeous breakfasts. Incredibly cute dog, plus, it's a few minutes from literally everywhere in Blackpool. 

If you visit Blackpool a lot, put their website in your bookmarks, all you need!

Back Once Again!

Stayed at the gr8 escape every year for the lights.  Always a great service,  Paul and Steph great hosts.  Rooms clean and modern.  2 adults and 2 children in our party so ample enough room in the large room.  Keep up the good work.  See you next year
