Absolutely amazing experience staying at myrtle house hotel for my partners birthday weekend.Room was impeccably clean and the bed was so comfortable.The hotel was close to all amenities and attractions with our hosts being wonderfully welcoming  with Fay being a delight attending to us at breakfast time and the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious.We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are visiting Blackpool…thank you all once again for a lovely stay

Short stay in Blackpool

Absolutely fantastic hotel.very clean.beds had lovely duvet covers.bathroom was immaculate.there was sign in the bathroom saying if you wish to have clean towels to leave your dirty one in the shower tray. There was a small safe in the wardrobe. Beds were made for us arriving back.
The breakfast was exceptional. Good choices. Always asked if we had enough.
Really couldn't find fault at all. The service was really good and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing!

The hotel itself is very clean and well kept with friendly owners. I was staying in a single room (with a queen bed which was a nice bonus), which was clean and comfortable with enough storage for clothes. Being at the front of the property gave excellent views of the tower from the window, and surprisingly little noise from the road outside. The bathroom was nice enough and the shower was good once it got going (took a little while to heat up). The only issue I had with the room was a lack of bedside table. For breakfast there was a variety of cereals and yoghurt, as well as cooked breakfast which was all very nice. Oh, and for anyone with limited mobility - it's a bit of a hike to the upper floors. The hotel's a real Tardis!  

A Pleasant Stay

Room was spotless, friendly hosts, breakfast consisted of fruit juice, cereals and full English or any variation you would like nothing is too much trouble.. flat screen tv shower what more could you ask for.. will def be booking here again

Exelent little hotel

Fantastic little hotel in a fab location. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we were lucky enough to be offered a free upgrade due to a cancellation which was very much appreciated. Rooms were great with extremely comfortable beds and a good shower.  Breakfast was delicious. A gem of a hotel which we will certainly be going back to in the future 😊

Gem of a hotel 

We booked this b&b after reading good reviews and we were not disappointed. The family that run it were super friendly. The room was clean and the bed was large and  comfortable. Breakfast was good and filled us up for the start of each day. They even looked after our luggage after check out so we could enjoy some time around Blackpool without having to pull suitcases around.  We stayed in the king room (room 6) which has a great view of the tower. Would recommend this place and if in Blackpool again I’d look at booking the Myrtle again.

A fab few days

Excellent establishment, room was spotless, room was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was Excellent and the young lady who looked after you at breakfast was Brill, always smiling and could not do enough for you. Would highly recommend to stay

Excellent Stay 

Several messages were given to this hotel to say I would be arriving a day late. They refuse to answer the telephone and the sister hotel never answers their mobile they have no email either. They refused to change my booking to reflect this so I would still pay for the extra night. On my arrival at 8.30pm the man on the reception desk had cancelled my booking as a no show, he refused me my room point blank saying he had let the room. On booking.com it showed my room was available, on asking about my room the man got aggressive telling me it had gone and he had no rooms…. He refused to help in any way and refused to recommend any where else. So I spent an hour trying to find another hotel 10pm I found a room elsewhere…… that’s another story. Please be aware of this hotel……….

This hotel is lovely and clean ;  very central to centre of Blackpool - near the Tower and Winter gardens . Shirt walk to the beach front .  Parking close by £6 per day . 
Nice breakfast . Choice of food . Good value

Lovely and clean - very central

just back from a stay at this little gem.A traditional B+B, spotlessly clean which is a bug thumbs up for me, has a few modern touches, bathroom looks pretty new, has everything you need for the weekend, breakfast was perfect another thumbs up, bit disappointed that the bar wasnt open both nights after 9.30 as we returned early looking for a drink as we couldnt relax in the pubs.Overall very good value for money would love to say I'll be back but Blackpool is not what it was so not sure I will be.
