Always a great visit to grosvenor view, excellent service, excellent hosts, Alli and Brenda.  Food cooked by Brenda is fantastic as always. The whole place is spotless, comfy bed, everything you need is there. Thank you again x

What a amazing time I alway have at this  excellent  guest jouse 
 The hosts Alison and Brenda cannot do enough and  the emphasis  is making your stay as comfortable  as possible  and belive me they have it 1000 out of 1000.
From the time you arrive till the time you leave   the warmth is continous   from the  very comfy cosy  bedrooms  with are  delightful decorated  and  all the it's   you need   including tea and coffee facilities  in your room with a delightful  array of drinks to suit  your pallet  
Flat screen tv and fast WiFi 
  I only had breakfast   I was there for 10days and had  a full English with  everything cause it was stunning 
 But in the past I have  had dinners here and can honesly say  they are superb   
.plenty to choose from  and lovely fresh  ingredients cooked and prepared  by  the Hosts  
 What more can I say 
.ohhhh yes 

 Hurry up march 2024  can't wait to return

Superb  

This was my forth visit to the Grosvenor View, 7 days of bed, breakfast and evening meal.
Again Alli and Brenda was friendly and welcoming within their small clean and modern guest house.
They now proudly have another award for their healthy meal options in which is a great addition. Though there is plenty of coastal paths both Blackpool central and Bispham close, 25 + minute stroll either way if you wish to burn off a big meal. Trams run frequently from the end of the street.
Now the important part, costs. Yes we live in cost rising times and the ladies at Grosvenor View even though have raised their rate it still remains competitive to some of the others and for what you receive = Great hospitality, home cooked foods, free WiFi. A personal touch in which these ladies go out of their way to make your stay one of special means value for money.
Yes the weather here in Blackpool can be unpredictable but one thing is guaranteed and that is a warm welcome at the cosy, peaceful and professional Grosvenor View!

Again for me one Emense  pleasure  to stay  at  the Grosvenor  view. With Ali and Brenda 
 My room was  so comfortable ,cosy .pristine clean   as is the rest of this superb  home 
  The food is  outstanding  ,I only had breakfast  but  have had dinner here before and  it's  is  outstanding  ( thanks Brenda xxx) 
 Cannot wait to come back in June and do it all over again

Easter Break 

We had a comedy gig to go to so we just had to come back to our favourite place in Blackpool to stay
The Grosvenor View is amazing and so are the owners Alli and Brenda. The room as always was beautiful with lovely bedding and lovely soft towels for each guest. 
We both look forward to the Breakfasts at the GV as they are amazing. Check out the photos to see what we had, we are never disappointed with the breakfasts whether it's the Full English, The River Cobbler fish or the waffles or pancakes. All we can say is Wow. 
Cant wait to go back in August and see the GV and the lovely Alli and Brenda.

Winter visit to Blackpool

We've been staying at the Grosvenor view for years. Alli and Brenda are excellent hosts. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The breakfast is amazing, loads to choose from, the full English breakfast is excellent. Thank you again to you both. Denise and Leighton

Well what can I say  once again about this totally fantastic hotel  
   Everything sbout this place is home to me  
Amazing hosts alli and brenda  cannot do enough for you    
Everything is top notch 
Rooms , food , and the hotel is immaculate  inside and out 
What a total joy it is for me  , to keep returning to this little jem 
 Peaceful , spotlessly  clean , food  is  exemplary

 October holiday 

I was originally planned to stay in 2020 however the dreaded Covid spread its terror across the nation... So the ladies kindly rearranged my stay at the same price...
The informative bit...
The location is north of Queens Promenade in which is a pleasant walk on a sunny day, plenty of benches along the way. There is a small public park that has a fountain being a five minute stroll from the guest house.
The outside of the guest house is smart and has many concrete ointments. The inside hall just like all the rooms are clean, homely and welcoming.
All locks well maintained so no awkward unlocking doors.
WiFi easy to access and fast.
Shower again easy to use and very good.
Bedding fresh (a smell of cleaned linen)
Mattress perfect.
The ladies...
Alli runs front of house, welcoming and non judgemental, a jolly lady that shows interest in the person you are and is happy to give advice.
Brenda is the cook and a fine one at that.
Breakfast is 8.30am
Evening meal 5.15pm.
Yes they do evening meals.
A guest house with a personal touch!
The ladies leave you a gift on arriving that they feel you may like! 
A nice touch that shows they understand you.
The price is competitive and a bargain for what you get!
It leaves me to say thank you Alli and Brenda for making my holiday perfect.

Perfect sanctuary for the wary traveller

Alli and Brenda as always were very welcoming and again as always the room was spotless. Stayed in quite a few B&B's and breakfast here is the best I have ever had. Would not stay anywhere else in Blackpool. We will be back soon take care both kind regards Helen and Rob xxx

Lovely weekend break

The very warmest welcome you will find here at the Gem called Grosvenor  view 

Peaceful ,Gorgeous,  very well decorated clean rooms !

Bedding is so lovely and will be the best nights sleep you will have ,Bathrooms are lush  with everything you need  ! 
Added touches in the Bedrooms ,tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits.

Breakfast menu is extremely good  with  Hot food,   and a vast range of cereals  and fruit juices to choose from .
