We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was excellent. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and offered us all we needed. We paid extra for the breakfast which set us up for the day. We will definitely consider returning on a future visit.

Great Location, hospitality & price

This hotel is a gem, its in a perfect central location and its run by a super friendly Mother and Daughter team.

The hotel itself is immaculately clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their hotel.

The bar has very reasonable prices and you get great measures.

I will stay here again and would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone who is traveling and staying in Blackpool.

A Blackpool Gem!

Had a great stay at the Roselea, Lorraine and Sonia were great hosts and were very friendly. Breakfast was really good.
B&B in a great location right next to tram stop . We will definitely be back soon.

Great Stay

Well what can I say the landlady from hell springs up mind. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness and I’ve worked in the public sector 25 years. 
We pre paid for a breakfast and because we was 25 minutes later coming down we was very abruptly told your too late for breakfast we weren’t offered a coffee or anything from her, then she proceeded to eat OUR breakfast whisk we we paid £15. 
She banged on our door at 9 am again never been anywhere where the landlady knocks up her guests. 
Her whole attitude toward my husband was absolutely disgusting. We were ready for leaving a night early but well knowing her she would have turned room around and re let it to add to her pocket. 

The younger lady however and I must say was wonderful she could not do more, we had problems with the sort key to whisk the other woman knew this and rolled her eyes sy my husband but the other lady was only yo happy to help and issues us with s new key. She also gave us some breakfast and coffee she was interested in our business and was very accommodating. All I’ll say is darling the other Woman is bringing you down and will lose you money and custom. 

To conclude DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The older lady you need to retire or work with animals as people are not your thing. Shame on you 

Awful

Booked a twin room for my friend and I who were attending a event in Manchester. Check in was smooth lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious clean and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend and will use this hotel again. 

Great

I booked a night at the roselea hotel with my 6 year old daughter, although the room was clean and tidy, the bed was uncomfortable, my daughter was complaining it was hurting her sides, then there was what sounded like a heard of elephants above our room playing loud music and banging around i could hear the light shaking, this went on untill around 0430am, there was no phone to ring downstairs so i had to lie there untill they decided it was their bedtime, i also asked regarding parking near the hotel, i was informed that i could park outside from 6pm till 9am, i was back at my car for 0830 and had a parking ticket, i wouldnt stay there again in all honesty, it ruined our sunday at the waterpark as we were both tired from the elephants upstairs.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a little gem.  
The room was standard but the bed was amazing, big, comfy bed. 
Breakfast was great and value for money.
Beach only a minute or so away and tram stops nearby if you want to go into town. 
Close to night life also.
Will definately be staying here again.

Amazing as last time lorraine and sonia cannot do enough for you amazing people. The location is great for buses and trams also great location for walking to places 
This is my 2nd visit here and did not disappoint my mum really enjoyed it see you soon guys 

Great 2nd stay

Booked for a last minute Easter weekend break. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and st chads tram stop. 

The room was incredibly small and a little bit impractical. I had to either sit on the bed or go in to the bathroom for my partner to get the drawers or storage cupboard. In my opinion it's the single not a double room. 

The bathroom was, again very small, dated but functional. At peak usage times the water pressure was very low and did take a while to wash my hair but the temperature of the water stayed consistent. 

The decor was OK but it had areas where the paper was pealing off the walls. The ceiling tiles, I haven't seen anything like since the 80's, certainly need replacing as they were dirty looking and stained. One if the them was out of it surround and my partner had to stand on the bed to put it back in place just incase it feel on us during the night. 

The bedding was cleaning apart from a couple of tiny marks on it. We both had a fantastic night's sleep as the bed was really comfortable. 

We stayed for 3 nights and saw no evidence of the room being cleaned other than the bin being emptied on our 3 day. The towels didn't get changed at all during our stay. The room when we checked in seemed very clean - a bit of dust but nothing to get upset about. It would have been nice to have had it cleaned during our stay as we were in and out all weekend and no matter how hard we tried not to, we still managed to bring sand on our shoes in to room- that's how I know it wasn't cleaned. 

The communal ares were clean and tidy and there was a lovely suntrap room for guests to chill out in and watch TV if ya wanted to. It did have a bar but as you would expect with a small b and b  the selection was limited. 

We booked room only so can't commit on the breakfast. 

Check out was at 10am but the owner gave us an extra hour as my partner wasn't feel too well, which we really appreciated.  The owner was polite and friendly.

Would we stay here again? - for the price yes, I think we probably would but ask first if there were any bigger rooms available. But as we were only really using it as a place to get some sleep after a day exploring it didn't really have too much of an impact on our stay.

You get what you pay for

We are currently staying here for a 4 day break what a lovely place it is. Breakfast was amazing a good start to the day. Lorraine and Sonia are lovely hosts. A real gem in Blackpool well worth a visit and stay. Thank you so much for making our break an enjoyable one
