Brilliant location it is not far from any where, nothing was to much trouble for either of our hosts, very warm, friendly welcome when we arrived and each morning, room and en-suite very clean. Overall a really good experience on our first trio to Blackpool. Hope to go back in the future and will certainly stay there again.

Superb location and friendly welcome. Some room with tower views. Breakfast included toast cereal coffee and tea. Can walk to sea life centre, coral island and prom within two minutes.
Definitely stay again.

Friendly hotel with superb central location for promenade and tower

Great value for money and close to the town shops and other attractions in Blackpool. Always made to feel very welcome by Ray and Lillian. Have used this B and B lots of times and will be back soon. Thank you for your warm hospitality👍👍👍

Me and my partner had to request a late check in as our coach did not arrive into Blackpool until late, this was not a problem and the owner was very polite on the phone. On arrival we were greeted and given our room key, the owner showed us to our room and helped us carry our bags up, which I thought was really kind of him. The room was quite small but had everything we needed for the weekend just to sleep, as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very fresh and had a lovely fresh linen smell. the room itself was clean and the ensuite bathroom was clean. Only thing I would say is a slight down point, is the fact that the shower is very poor, it is more of a dribble so was quite difficult to wash hair. The location of this hotel is amazing, the central coach station is at the end of the road. The sea front is a 5minute walk away, on the front is the tower, sea life centre, maddame tasaudes and a variety of shops and restraunts and arcades. If you fancy a slightly longer walk (around 20-25minutes) You can walk along the sea front to the pleasure beach. On check out we asked if we could leave our cases and pick them up later as our coach didn't come until the afternoon and the owner said that was fine and put them in his living room for us. we didn't go for breakfast so I can not comment on that but I do know breakfast was available. If we go to Blackpool again I would stay here.

Fantastic location, clean and welcoming

Stayed for 1 night at the Kenilworth. Arrived before check in and was allowed to ofload bags etc before heading off into blackpool. Was greeted by Ange who was very welcoming. Room was lovely and clean and bathroom very clean also. Bed was a lil hard and flat which was abit of a let down for my poor back after hours of riding roller coasters. The hotel is in a fab location just off the promenade with a lovely view of the tower. Breakfast was wholesome my lil boy loved his egg and soldiers. Stayed in a few grubby hotels in blackpool but this one was nice and clean and comfortable
