Worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in, the manger of this “hotel” is the worst person I’ve ever spoken to when I’ve told him about his hotel. Abuse and horrible tone shouted at me over the phone, UNPROFESSIONAL. The sights of unpleasant things I seen at this hotel was socking and not want a guest at this hotel should see. ( pictures say it all ) when I walked through the doors I was like I walked into a sewer, the smell was disgusting, first thing I wanted to do was get clean and take a shower and what a surprise there was no hot water in the building. While I was trying to sleep all I could hear was the bar there was no soundproof so I could hear every last beat. The smell of weed around the hotel. This place is horrendous   I advise anyone who is planning on staying at this excuse of a hotel should really reconsider. This place should be shut down. UNHYGIENIC and UNPLEASANT

I don’t know how this place is still open was looking forward to a night in Blackpool what as soon as we checked the room we wanted to leave to try handling the fact we was only going to sleep there which no we ended up driving home , the door didn’t even lock the room was horrible and there a dead fly in the cupboard yes when we mentioned this the response is there flys everywhere no it dead it been there for a long time the place is dirty nothing what the pictures look like , when we book it apparently my card got declined so I ranged 11 times and than got a text back can I pay cash when I get there , when asked for a refund they refused it never in my life will I stay near that dive again , if your looking to book here than a prison would be a lot better than casey

Shocking

Absolutely disgusting place book but didn’t stay got another hotel  .. no heating ..no hot water ..the five different types of  wallpaper falling off due to dampness , bed had nothing but springs the tiles on the ceiling were falling off the room was that cold the bedding felt wet no door on the wardrobe.. no cups and no milk.. absolutely nothing Irish about it no bar which looked like it hadn’t been open for months due to the dirt on the tables  .. can’t understand how this place is allowed to trade PLEASE DONT BOOK !!!

Worse place I’ve even seen !!

No heating, no hot water, shower didn't work, blinds at windows broken and missing,  TV didn't work.  No cups for a drink.   Door that didn't lock securely and at one point it fell off.  When we booked it clearly said pay at property but they took the money weeks before.  When we contacted them he said he would give us a few drinks in the bar.  That was closed due to him losing his licence.  The whole place should get shut down.  Its disgusting.  Tried to book another place but all full.  This is worse than basic.  Please don't stay here.

DO NOT NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Was the worst experience me and my two mates has ever had! All three of us are ill.. most dirtiest disgusting place I’ve ever been too! Not suitable for rats let alone people! The pictures will speak for themselves!

Absolutely disgusting place! We had to buy our own cleaning products and bedding it was that bad! We tried to make the most of it as we drove 4 hours to get there! We still left a day early as my bathroom ceiling fell through! Refused me a refund as he said he gave us an extra room...yes he gave us an extra room because when I booked I booked the room with a double and 2 singles he couldn't accommodate what I originally booked! I also chose the pay at hotel option when booking and he rang me to say I had to pay full over the phone and he would sort us a couple of drinks out at the bar! The bar isn't even open may I add!he told me it clearly states basic hotel! Ibis is a basic hotel its still clean! The place should be condemened. Can only add 10 photos on here but I have many more!

Booked this hotel last minute with 3 other friends and can honestlynsay its the worst place i have ever stayed upon arrival had to wait a while for keys the receptionnwas like ghost town had to go into bar next door to see someone the smell was like a strong stench of urine is how i can describe it the room we were given  was dingy and dirty with broken beds and stains all over ceiling manky carpet which turned nice clean socks black the stench continued in the room we had no hot water fornthe two days we were here couldnt complain because there was no one there at all to complain to, there was what can be described as drug paraphernalia on floor in the room rubbish in corridors the shelf in which the kettle sat on was wonky and on a slant so you coukdnt and woukdnt of dared put hot cup of tea on there was no milk the teabags were open in a little pot, the cupboard for clothes was disgusting dirty think the envirimental health shoukd pay them a visit.

I dont know how this place is allowed paying people to stay here. It's the worst place I have ever stayed at. £75 for a room from hell.. The walls were filthy, the ceiling had leak Mark's on, the walls were covered in damp, the blinds were hanging off, the beds... well you found it hard to sleep in. There was so called tea and coffee but you wouldn't drink out of the cups. Oh and the carpet had burn Mark's all over it .There must be some sort of  laws in place to stop this place from being allowed to open.

The only good thing to say about this place is the bar is a good night. The hotel itself is absolutely horrendous.. if they do have a cleaner then they need to be sacked! Carpets disgusting, the wardrobe & draws were falling apart and the kettle, cups and teabag holder were full of dust and god knows what! The shower still had pubic hairs on the wall, the kettle and tv didn't work.
The beds were filthy and had boards under them to keep them up, stains on the sheets and even came home after being bitten alive by bed mites!!! And they have the cheek to charge £75 a night for a triple room! They should have paid us to stay!
This place should be shut down!!!!!!!

I could not bealive this place, arriving at hotel rooms was been cleaned so had a bit of a wait. Seeing the room was laughable at so called cleaned. Dirty bedding,dirty mirrors, dirty bathroom no towels provided, rubbish bin not emptied, rubbish in draws, tea bags just dumped on table, dirty cups,the list is endless. For almost  £50 I would expect a bloody towel. Wouldn't even dream of coming back stay well clear of this rip off dirty place. I have stayed in cheaper hotels bith better class thank god it was only one night.
