Just did a spur of the moment night away came across the hotel and boy what a find 🥰 Rachael was very welcoming gave us the superior room which is beautiful and the bed wow didn’t want to get out so comfy and the breakfast was to die for so tasty .🥰🥰🥰

Wow amazing hotel

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night in a standard double room, upon arrival we had a friendly welcome from Rachel and her 2 sons who gave us some local information before showing us to our room, room was lovely and clean with a comfy bed, breakfast was included in our stay and although there was a wait it was very nice (just don’t sit outside as the seagulls use you as their toilet) situated away from all the noise of Blackpool but a few minute tram ride back into the mayhem (5.50 for a 24hour ticket) loved the babysitting service that is offered too just wish this hotel was around when our kids were younger, we loved our stay and will definitely return in the future :)

Lovely place

Stayed here for a long weekend. Great location in a quieter area with easy access via tram to the busier parts. 
Really nice rooms which have recently been redecorated. Super clean. Big, Modern bathroom. 
We had a family suite and the room was very spacious, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with a view of the sea and the local area. Lots of free parking on the road outside. Breakfast was great and plentiful.  And the hosts were friendly and helpful. Would return without a doubt. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel

We travelled here as a last minute night away.  We have had a brilliant night away. Rachael the host was very friendly and she has a wealth of knowledge about Blackpool. She was very family focused and I must say she has thought of everything.
There is not many places I would say I would defiantly go to again however this is one place we are already planing our next stay.  My girls have loved there time and the little flower clay gifts were such a lovely thought,
Thank you very much, we can’t wait to come back.

Best hotel in Blackpool

Fantastic stay and had last minute availability. I booked 11.50pm the night before over the phone. I was hesitant as i had no idea what i was booking but i was more than pleasantly suprised. This hotel is on the north shore next to the Savoy. 2 stops on the tram from central with free on street parking. The hosts have tons of knowledge of Blackpool and really do go the extra mile. We were a young couple celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is boutique with nice hints of  blackpool. Very clean and modern bathroom. Mounted TV and teas and coffees. The host even  brought us some cold water as it was a hot day. Nice family feel. Big breakfast included which we enjoyed sat outside looking over the front. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay with last minute availability

We stayed here for a short break with a 4 and 1 year old for 4 nights and couldn't  of been any happier, brilliant with children, room was perfect even had some toys for them. The breakfast was fab anything u wanted was catered for the fact they had a fridge on the landing was brilliant as my son has milk also has snacks and drinks for a small price. The real blackpool experience will definitely be using this hotel everytime we go to Blackpool.

"Brillent hotel"

We stayed here for a long weekend, we are a family of 6, the hotel is just perfect as are the staff here, it is so clean and friendly, the staff can't do enough for you, the breakfast is perfect with tea or coffee, even when the staff are really busy doing an amazing job they still take the time to talk to the kids when they ask so many questions and are so polite, couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay! Highly recommend from the Johnson family 😊

Brilliant hotel and staff

Stopped here for one night after being let down by another hotel.read all the positive reviews before coming.pros good location in north shore ,free street parking directly outside ,really Comfy bed ,good breakfast pleasant sTaff and clean.cons you have to leave £10 deposit for towels on arrival we was told they get stolen made us doubt what kind of place we had come too !the small double had the tv in the wrong place on the wall you would have to move bed to watch it properly and there was no itv channel .tiny bathroom with one mini shower gel for 2 people and tatty concertina door on it no door on wardrobe either .overall quite a pleasant stay but if you are looking for something special this is not the place

Comfy bed!

More than happy breakfast better the second day than the first but room clean and tidy. Could see the sea from the room and opposite a team stop. Staff very pleasant if I went back I would request an earlier sitting for breakfast and hopefully they could invest in a bigger tv in room. 
Good value for what we paid and plenty off on street parking .Great base to explore and staff always cheerful and helpful. 

Enjoyable stay

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. Couldn't of been more helpful if i asked. The room was very clean and had a great sea front view. The location is brilliant, quiet area right next to the tram line. The best breakfast i have received in a bnb (compliments to the chef) and good service from the young lad that served me in the morning. Kudos chaps!
