Myself, Husband & Grandaughter stayed for 2 nights here.  Nice clean rooms, comfy beds & Gary the host is a lovely man, very friendly & approachable.  We paid extra for the full english breakfast (£7) & Grandaughter had beans on toast which was cooked lovely with toast and coffee.  Great small guest house that is great for the price.  We will definitely stay again.

Nice little break for 2 nights

We decided last minute to have a weekend trip to Blackpool. We specifically chose this hotel for its cheap price and good reviews. We wasn’t disappointed. We arrived there after a 7 hour trip and was welcomed by the landlord who showed us to our room and left us to do our thing. He was polite, friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The room itself was small but very clean. No bad smells etc and had everything we needed, kettle, tea/coffee/milk, shower etc. The seafront you could see literally down the bottom of the road but was out of the way of the main attractions etc which was great cause we still had peace and quiet when we wanted it. Was only a 5/10 minute walk maybe from the main seafront. The hotel had its own small bar which was cash only but the owner was nice enough to let us settle with him later that night. 

All in all we had a lovely time in Blackpool and if we go back in the future we will head straight to the Belvere hotel for our stay. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

We had a reasonable stay at this establishment.
Pros; Great location, good host, nice room size with ensuit. Generally clean. Bar on site. Pet friendly. Good TV & Tea making facilities.
Cons: The room was dated, thin walls (could hear children crying, people walking about, wake up alarm sounding for a long time and not being silenced), stain on bedding and bed not very comfortable. Cold shower on one morning. Glass in toilet door so could see inside.
The accommodation was fine for a short stay and fairly average for Blackpool. There was some free parking in the road if you were lucky enough to find a space. The stay was reasonable value for money so we were not too disappointed with our stay.

Freshly painted,  new carpets, etc. Room was for 3 and 1 single bed had a separate room,  which added to the space.

Breakfast was beautiful and well worth the £7 extra. Good quality bacon and toast in a rack!!

Amazing little find!

Recently stayed at the Belvere to catch up with friends, the owner Gary was extremely accommodating, going out of the way to help us, the rooms were lovely, fresh and clean, plus we had a great beak feast too. The location is an ideal midpoint within Blackpool with easy access to all attractions.

Cracking B&B, ideal for everyone

We stayed last week for 1 night as a family, the room was a good size, pretty basic but clean.
A small LCD TV, a hot working shower, tea and coffee making facilities.
Gary was a great host, easy to chat to and pleasant.
Can't argue with our stay for the money.

Basic Room, Great Stay

We stayed here in a family room. Comfy beds and decorated nicely. Gary was very helpful with our bags and anything we needed. Nice guy. The only thing I would advise if they invested in better quality sausages and bacon. We found the breakfast was OK but not brilliant and we usually love a full English.

I stayed in a 1st floor single room for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy with fresh clean linen and towels. 
The refreshment tray was well stocked and very good value.
Gary the owner was pleasant,  approachable and helpful. I enjoyed the full English breakfast cooked to order. I was unable to find parking on the road but a carpark was available just a couple minutes of walk away.

Comfortable bedroom and good value

Fantastic bed and breakfast spotless room and child friendly, Gary was an excellent host who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious too. We stayed in the family room and had a lovely stay. Ideally placed to see the attractions. We will definitely be returning. Made to feel extremely welcome.

We have been regular visitors to  Blackpool together for 11 years and always wanted a ‘go to hotel/guest house’ but never found one we would really want to return to. Now we have - The Belvere is superb, comfortable, superb value for money, we - and our dog - were made so welcome from the minute we arrived. Lovely room, loads of hot water, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities in the room and a superb breakfast. Drinks in the bar were really well priced and Gary - the owner is a charming host. Fabulous  - we can’t wait to go back!!
