Group of girls from Scarborough on a hen party!!!!

This B&B was spot on!!!! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Very clean rooms with lovely clean fresh bedding. Gorgeous breakfast in morning.

The guys that run the hotel could not do enough for us. They like to make sure you are safe.....very pleasant.

Will def be going back......perfect B&B for hen and stag parties!!!

I booked a single room here for the duration of the Rebellion Festival in Blackpool. The room was clean and tidied each day. Sheets changed etc. It was about what I was expecting for the price. No frills, no breakfast, shower not as good as home, but a very short stagger to the Winter Gardens (which apart from there being no bed bugs, was my only requirement).
Good for: Rebellion, lads weekends away
Not good for: Romantic weekend away, honeymoons!!

Good for a day or two

before i start with the down sides to it i want to say that my comments are not at the staff John and sue as there are fantastic and John especilly made us feel welcome and provided us with  great service and nothing was to much trouble for him brilliant . the down sides were i had no hot water so i could shower no heating at all and believe me it was freezing and couldnt sleep due to the rooms being so cold. it was advertised as having a 24hr bar and his as in a different hotel round the corner, and also thats were we had to go for our breakfast. i would not reccomend to take children thereas rooms are really small. would not stay there again but as i said this is not directed at john and sue. thanks guys for my lovely breakfast and makng us feel so welcome .

cash only!!! the fire alarm goes off due to a fault at 1 am and no hotel manager or owner on-site to deal with it no refund damp rooms awful place. fire doors jammed open locks broken. Signs of drug use. water leaking from the ceiling. You couldn't write it

probley the worst hotel ever !!!

1st of all the room was £150 for 2 nights. we didnt expect the ritz but wow. what a dump. when i confronted the lady about the standard of the room she pretended she could not understand me.i could not have a shower as there was no hot water. no kettle, tea coffee water in the room even though the dinning room is closed. shabby unfinished deco in room. Basically a rip off. dont stay here

This place needs to be shut down. 6 of us stayed here.. our bed was nearly on the floor.. and was slanted. We was rolling down on to each other. Very comfortable..  no hot water for 2 days.. she kept saying it was working when it wasnt.. then she would leave hotel.. you couldnt hardly move in the room they was that small.. absolutely disgraceful.. washed in cold water for 2 days.. and cost £150 a room.. had no kettle or cups to have a brew.. said b&b. There was nothing.. dont wait your money to stop here.. you will certainly be disappointed..  she didnt seem to care when we told her about everything.. disgracefully definitely needs to be shut down.

DONT WAIT YOUR MONEY

We booked this hotel last minute due to the cheap price, as soon as we got there we were spoken too like children, warned to not make noise past 10pm. We were then informed we needed a £40 deposit and that we ‘wouldn’t’ be staying if we didn’t pay!! So we did!! 
My friend had her car keys taken from her room whilst out, when questioned we were ignored. When attempting to get the deposit back there was no answer on the office window, after returning the morning after we were told to contact the manager. No number given just the one on the property outside. Still unanswered with no correspondence. 
Rooms were unkept, awful smell, no bar, no parking as stated on booking.com. 
Most horrendous booking I’ve ever made! We will never be returning 

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST 

I don't know where to start with this one to be honest.... First of all it was £35 a night, yes very cheap but for that you at least expect the basics! 

Me and my partner decided to spend a day in Blackpool, our normal B&B was full so thought we would give another one a try. 

The outside of it looked awful, lots of rubbish outside which put me right off - looked very run down and the colours were fading. There is a notice on the window saying that they don't have a licensed bar at the moment (but guests are welcome to bring their own drinks) - which wasn't the end of the world for us but it just summed up the place.  It was raining badly and we rang the bell, no answer at all. We were outside for a good 5 mins before the door got opened and we were let in, after eventually hammering on the door. 

First impressions were not good, horrible smell and it looked quite dated inside. They might be having renovation work done, but there were doors and corridors we could see when climbing the stairs which were crammed full of beds and furniture. It was also quite dark on the way up to the room.  The lady showed us to our room.... didn't look good at all. I didn't expect the room to be big but it was so odd inside. Half a wall was one colour the other wall with wallpaper that was a different colour, nothing matched. The bed was very uncomfy and it was freezing inside. There was only one pillow each and these were very thin.

As I shut the curtains I could see how bad the windows were, didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time - to the point where you could hardly see out of them. There was a TV stand attached to the wall that didn't have a TV on it (They had a decent enough TV on the unit below this one) which hadn't been removed - and there were old opened coffee and sugar wrappers on it that hadn't been removed before we arrived. The fan in the bathroom was also caked in dust. The bedding was clean atleast.

Tried to have a shower but it didnt work well - turning suddenly very cold and hot at times, and also losing almost all power at intervals. The smell was terrible was a mixture of roast dinner and chinese food. So odd to be honest.

I went out in Blackpool for a meal and came back around 11pm, didn't sleep much at all. Was very disappointing. Got to the point where I didn't want to complain to the owner. 

My partner went to pay on card when we arrived but they didn't have a machine, he said 'its in the other hotel' so had to go and find a cash machine quick.

If you want to go to Blackpool and really don't care where you stay and just want to sleep then this is the place for you.

this hotel is not how it is advertised. we went to blackpool as a group of 8 girls and expected a party hotel. this was not the case. the smell of chinese is so strong is made us feel physically sick. the room which we should have eaten breakfast in the morning was actually their front room and their child was in there watching cbeebies. when you flushed the toilet in your room it sounded like P&O ferries were about to set off. you cannot see throught the windows due to them not been cleaned in however long! the bnb is actually down a side street and looks like some sort of brothel from the outside! and to top it all off they have no license to serve alcohol so they have no working bar and cannot serve you anything other than cans of coke! if you are looking for a party hotel, this is not the one for you.
