Treliver farm is situated in a lovely peaceful valley. It is the ideal place to unwind and relax. Jenny was very friendly and cooked us lovely breakfasts. Don't be put off by the approach down a narrow road just drive slowly. We had a nice large bedroom and the use of a large lounge to relax in. Highly recommended, excellent.

We stayed in the superior room, room spotlessly clean.  Lovely spacious rooms & bed super comfy.
Lounge was great overlooking the valley & lovely outdoor seating area.
Breakfast was brilliant & great choices.
Jenny lovely host.
If we come back to the area again we would definitely stay there .

Lovely stay - tranquil setting

Due to working requirements my partner can only take holidays around school terms. 
We found this nougat of a self catering cottage while scrolling through numerous holiday companies. 
Fantastic, our hostess has been brilliant. Any questions we had were answered within hours. On arrival we were even treated to scones with local cream and jam, superb. The cottage and grounds are super rural, driving in Cornwall has its challenges but once tucked up inside who cares. This is a wonderful area to base one's adventures from, almost central to Cornwall, driving in any direction to any attractions is no more than 45 mins. The cottage is part of an old farm complex, the owners have put in an inordinate amount of work to achieve such a transformation, its brilliant.  If you are looking for night life, pubs and loads of eating houses, look else where, this location is for the people who appreciate seclusion, star gazing, piece and quiet. 
I cannot express how nice this place is. Its simply fantastic. 

Super find for a break away from home

We decided to stay here for five days after an extensive search on line , well BINGO what a find , a truly fantastic place , lovely location and our hosts Jenny and Phil were very welcoming and hospitable, the rooms were good size , the views when we sat outside in the evening were spectacular, we enjoyed chatting with our hosts over a glass or two of wine.
All I can say is if you want a good location and to be able to relax and enjoy your holiday look no further,

Fantastic B and B

Warmly greeted by our host Jenny and shown to a beautiful room, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and lots of extra touches, well thought out, i.e. towelling robes, cotton buds, etc, iron and ironing board. Coffee machine that made lovely coffee, tea etc  provided, fresh milk which was restocked daily. On suite bathroom sparkling clean and good shower.  Breakfasts were amazing, tried lots of them! Fresh fruit salad, full English, omelettes, pancakes, bagal and salmon and egg, all delicious, as well as the usual cereals etc.
Jenny is a great cook and an informative host, knows lots about the area and gave us some great tips and ideas.  Wished we had booked for longer. 
Large spaceous living room which can be used by all . Lovely central rural location, farm house surrounded by lovely countryside but within easy travelling distance to either coast, 20/25mins Newquay,Padstow, Charlestown & Eden Project. 40mins Lost Gardens of Heligan & Mevagissy.

What a find!

This is indeed a 'special' place,  however, there were some disapointments. We arrived slightly earlier than we were expected to do, around 16.oohrs. .Jenny greeted us & showed us to the 'suite' we had booked. It was beautifully presented but chilly!  I asked if we could have some heat to be told that it would be  on later. I asked  about lighting the log fire, but there weren't any logs,so that too was unavailable for our use...so we settled into this a chilly room, which always feels worse when you're tired. It was  late in the season,& we'd had a 5hr.drive, so a warm welcoming room was  what we needed. The TV gave us a brilliant choice but we could have done with instructions on how to use it.  However, heating & TV issues aside, the rooms were spotlessly clean,comfy & beautifully decorated...it was a perfect place with nice views over the farmland & gardens. The breakfast choice was good  &  Jenny was always 'on hand' had we had any other requests.

This farmhouse B&B is set in a quiet area down small Cornish lanes near a very small hamlet & although well sign posted, we missed initially, even using the sat.nav.Easily done in the dusk.

We had our 1st. evening meal in the Victoria Inn,Victoria Rd. Roche....suggested by Jenny.This is an unpretentious  local serving good 'pub grub', reasonable priced & the staff were friendly & welcoming. Just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay at this fabulous B&B.& it's to be highly recommended.

Birthday 'getaway'

Absolutely superb accommodation. Very comfortable. Owner was a delight and very helpful. We had sole access to a lively lounge as well as our bedroom. Highly recommend. Location in easy reach of Wadebridge and Padstow. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served at the time we requested.

We were lucky to get into Treliver Farm to visit Cornwall last week for both a bit of Business and Pleasure. The farm is located in the middle of Cornwall, giving us easy access to visit both north and  south coasts. Jenny made us feel at home from the outset there to greet us in the evening and showed us to the comfortable and spotlessly clean room.
We enjoyed delicious home cooked breakfasts each day in the beautifully furnished lounge enjoying the fabulous views of the countryside and gardens. 
Jenny kindly gave up some great tips on where to visit and places to eat. 
Wi-Fi worked a treat allowing us to keep up with work. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

So lucky to find this gem in the heart of Cornwall

We have just returned from a week at Treliver Farm and wow, what a place! One of the best places we have stayed. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The freshly cooked breakfasts were amazing and a great choice offered. The location is stunning with views across the Cornish countryside offering total tranquility. Set in the heart of the countryside yet only a short drive to so many locations it is a great central location to explore Cornwall. And the best part of our stay was the owner Jenny and her family, who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny. Our stay at Treliver Farm was like a “home from home” and we cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be returning.

Treliver Farm - Fantastic Farmhouse B&B with wonderful hosts

We have just returned from a short break at Treliver and what a place!  Our remit was a cosy Farmhouse in the middle of nowhere and this scored on every point and more.  The rooms are spotless, well appointed and very comfortable - all for very reasonable rates (Nov 2020).  There is a lovely communal lounge that is, in the cold season, well heated in the evenings with a wood-burning stove and with super views across the adjacent valley.
And the breakfasts - home-cooked food prepared almost before your eyes, varied and wholesome - wonderful.
Jenny is the perfect hostess, efficient, knowledgeable about places to see and happy to pass the time of day with you and make you feel at home.
Did I mention in the middle of nowhere? So it may be, but actually, the drive out through the lanes, either south to the A30 or north to Wadebridge is easy, if narrow, and in our view does not detract from it as location for your break.  Try it and find out - we loved it.
