We were visiting from Australia and needed a hotel close to family in Ormskirk. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, helpful and convenient hotel. We had 2 rooms with 4 adults and a 3 year old. We prepaid breakfast and were really impressed with quality and range of food. It was a very busy period with full occupancy  over New Year’s Eve and a LFC home game being played. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels and can honestly say we have never encountered such consistent friendly and helpful service across all staff. 
The beds are very comfortable and room adequate for our 8 day stay. Storage space is a bit limited but we use packing cells that fitted in the shelves. 
It is a convenient location to visit Knowsley safari park, Southport, Crosby promenade. 
The hotel has plenty of free parking.
We would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, great breakfasts , comfortable beds

It was hard to find the car park in relation to the front door bur once in all was just as expected. we have  not stayed here before but we will do again. Room was a really decent size and plenty of staff around to help with any queeries

Always brilliant everything you need for a short stay

Excellent customer service. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in room127 which was exceptionally clean , very well done to the support staff who obviously take great pride in their work. 
Very quiet room with great blackout curtains, so a great sleep. I enjoyed the good quality toiletries. Good supply of tea/coffee etc with extra supplies in reception that you could help yourself to.
Well done to all of the hard working staff ! 



Treat yourself to a stay in a really good place ! 

Love this place. The staff are Friendly and welcoming. Best room for the family. Close to where family live. Ideal for us . Stayed here many times. Love the breakfast ! Can't wait to return. Make sure you join the tombola ! 

Liverpool North is the best place to stay

Sets the standard to which I judge all Premier Inns

I live in South Wales but am an Everton fan so travel up . 
I first stayed here about ten years with my two small ( then ) boys , my friends and their sons and have kept coming back .
Simply:
Great location near M57 which feeds the M62 which feeds the M6, which is fab news if you are coming from the South .

Friendly staff.

Lovely rooms , always immaculate .

Cracking pub next door (The Packet Steamer) , food is great whether it is breakfast or the set meal - just book when you arrive at the hotel as it gets busy .

Easy Taxi ride into either Liverpool centre or Everton and Liverpool .

Just got back from another great weekend , looking forward to the next one .

Convenient , comfortable hotel

This was a last minute booking for work as I was in the area, initially I thought the hotel would be noisy being off a main road however it was a fantastic stay, friendly welcome last night and an immaculate room, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in - no noise from the road either. One of the best night sleeps I’ve had - thank you for a lovely stay :-)

17 family and friends stayed here for my son's wedding last weekend, including the groom and the two best men. Hotel very comfortable and clean, but what an amazing service provided by the reception team! We cannot thank them enough for their friendliness, help and touching thoughtfulness. Outstanding service

Perfect stay, room was clean and in good condition, had breakfast and evening meal in on the deal, food was really good. If I had to add a minus point, could have done with another couple of coffee sachets, but if I’d have asked I would have probably been given some.

Excellent overall service room ready on time, spotlessly clean, excellent welcome from reception staff. Great parking facilities, roomy and friendly bar and dining area with super fast service, breakfast exceptional, we also had 2 evening meals all meals spot on, would definitely visit again
