Lovely B and B! Friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower and freshly cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if in the area especially as it is really close to everything including the BIC, which was really good for us as we were attending a concert there. Brilliant relaxing weekend away.

This is Such a friendly hotel where cuwlstomer service is so homely and friendly. We loved our room which had a great view from the top of the building. The location was perfect ans the breakfast was great too, even having some gluten free options.

Its extra great that there is possibility to park there too. Thank you for a great stay!

This B&B is well used and no frills but it's very clean, central to the beach and town. 
The owner is friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is lovely and freshly cooked. 
We will be back again in 2024.

Excellent accommodation and breakfast delicious. Tina made us very welcome. Would definitely come again if in Bournemouth. The location is central, near the beach and town. The whole place is spotlessly clean as well.

Lovely little hotel in a fabulous location in Bournemouth. Very friendly welcome, the room was clean and comfortable and everything was as expected, except breakfast which was way better than we hoped! It was excellent! Free parking too. Great value and lovely find!

Really lovely little hotel

Me and my wife stayed here for a night on 11th November. Upon arrival lady was very welcoming and helpful, even giving us a choice of 2 different rooms. There are a handful of parking spaces behind the building.

We opted for the double room (as opposed to the family room which was bigger but had bunk beds in). Our room was very nice even had a mini fridge in it, which not all hotels offer, as well as the usual items. 

Shower in the morning was fine signs were up warning about how it may take a few minutes to get hot water because if the complex plumbing but this was no issue at all. Room was clean to a great standard.

Breakfast was superb, again lady was very attentive and helpful, cooked to an exceptional standard and plenty of options on their breakfast menu. 

The only slight downside was our mattress on bed was a little hard and lumpy though because of the location it was nice and quiet so didn't disrupt our sleep entirely.

The town centre, shops, BIC and beach are all a few minutes walk away. All in all a pleasure to stay here and i would highly recommend - cheers!

Great hotel

We arrived early and were greeted warmly by the owner. She gave us the option of two rooms and showed us both. The whole place is very clean, Breakfast is excellent and the location is ideal, very close to the town and the pier. Excellent value for money.

Weekend Break

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Very warm experience.  The owners of the hotel welcome guests like their own family. Very friendly staff.  Very clean.  The breakfast is amazing.  We'll be back more than once. A wonderful place, near the sea. Thank you.

Going to Bournemouth? Want to stay in a reasonably-priced hotel about 10 minutes walk from the pier. Where there are a dozen good places to eat within another ten minutes? Where the staff are friendly and helpful? Where the (included) breakfast is tasty and well cooked and presented? Stay here. Yes, really, stay here.
