We stayed here my son my partner and me for the weekend, Lovely size room, couldn't fault the size and very quiet area. The breakfast was ok, could of done with a bit more.
The shower was very noisy when you turned it on, almost sounded like a hoover going!!!!
The beds were comfortable, no teaspoons with the hot drink facilities let alone biscuits!!! And also no hairdryer which would of been very convenient.
On the whole, good value for money, probably visit here again when back in August for my birthday. 
Also the place needs updating too

weekend stay

We visited the hotel at east bank holiday, the staff is friendly and the facilities is ok and the breakfast is average. But we have a good time . If they can provided a hair dryer will be more convenient for everyone.

It is a friendly hotel

Rooms and bathroom need updating. Shower is so small and takes longer to shower as its not very powerful. Stains on the walls and curtains. Room was clean though like clean bedding and same as bathroom. Need more pillows the ones provided are so thin and it’s like your sleeping on the mattress. Take your own. Take towels as ones we had had holes in them. Breakfast was nice! Was okay for me and my partner to stay in for the night ! Man that greeted us was lovely !

Regrettably I had to give one star, although it's way too generous.  I really dont get the positive reviews we read, and should have believed all the others. 

We ended up booking this via booking.com when all other options had been exhausted.   What a mistake, it would have been a better option to sleep in the car to be honest.   I am not sure this place is even truly a guest house/hotel any more, seemed to be housing a load of permanent residents, mostly from Eastern Europe. 

Just to avoid any confusion over getting what we paid for, we paid £120 for one night.

When we arrived there was no management present.  Keys were under a flower pot and back door was open.  Rang a number we had which seemed to be manned by the guy who ran the cleaning company.  Eventually we found keys which opened two doors at opposite ends of the property on different floors.  One contained our "ensuite" facilities  in a room adjacent to a store room (no toilet paper or towels) and the other our bedroom containing 4 single beds (advert said three doubles!) and little else (curtains were only partly properly hung and one window didnt shut).

Guy on the phone eventually located some towels and toilet paper but i wouldn't have wanted my worst enemy staying here let alone my family.   We found another place to stay and despite that bringing the cost of a night to almost £300 we "checked out" and will be taking up this misrepresentation with the various parties concerned and the local tourist board.

NEVER, EVER STAY IN THIS TOTAL DUMP. 

You have been warned. 

Truly shocking, avoid at all costs

Absolute shambles of a "hotel" after taking our money (full payment) back in January we arrived for my hen weekend Saturday. There is no front desk so you have to call numbers and on a rare occasion they may even answer! After waiting around for an hour a young man finally came out with very poor English and didn't have our booking! Even though we had confirmation emails bank statements to show we did have a booking and our money had been taken under false pretences! So there was now 10 women in Bournemouth with nowhere to stay! And management even accusing us and stating we were intact wrong. Would avoid like the plague!!! If you ever need to stay somewhere I would highly recommend the Russel court hotel just 5 minutes down the road! Brilliant find. As for this poor excuse of a business I really hope you start making the right choices in your business!
