Great stay, clean room, good bed, shower. Breakfast was great, Lovely, friendly girl from Poland  serving breakfast. Efficient ,helpful reception. Great location close to sea front, pier and town centre. Good free wifi. Great for shows at Pavilion. Stayed 2 nights. I hope to return again.

I checked in at 1am in the morning and was greeted  by Matt, I had booked a premier plus room, the room I had been allocated did not have a balcony so I asked Matt if there was one available and he quickly said I was lucky and he promptly moved me. All sorted within a minute, excellent service!
Room was really good, well worth paying the extra for a premier plus room, nice and clean, credit to housekeepers.
I had breakfast and was served by Patugk, sorry if I have got the name wrong!! She was brilliant, took my order with a smile and made me fell really welcome. Breakfast was good, I have the veggie sausages and bacon and would highly recommend them if you are vegetarian. 
All in all, a really good stay, the staff really made my stay enjoyable.

A really good one night stay.

This is not your normal Premier Inn (it's a converted Art Deco Hilton). We had a Premier Plus room - because of the above we had a room at least 50 or 60% bigger than a typical Premier Inn room which came with a balcony and stunning views over the town to the Pier and sea. It is in a fantastic location and the staff were fabulous. The history is also the downside -  the air con and heating in rooms no longer work and (according to staff) Premier Inn will not invest in repairs as they are too expensive. Our room temperature was ok, but we know it wasn't for others. Other aspects are also tired - the photos show one of the chairs in our room, and a horrible stain on a separate sofa bed. The staff said the latter would be removed (room 503). You can also see the condition of the balcony divide plus the gorgeous view. The Reception area was freezing btw - I've no idea how the staff coped! The restaurant area wasn't much better..

Large rooms, stunning views but there are significant issues!

Great overnight stay at this very central hotel in Bournemouth for a gig we had in nearby Boscambe on a Sunday night.

We booked really last minute and got a great price (£62.00) for a Premier Plus room, which was fantastic.

We were on the 5th floor with a balcony that boasted a gorgeous view of Bournemouth seafront and the pier.

The room was a lot larger than expected, which was great; there was plenty of space to move around.

The bed was comfy; however, for us personally, it could have been bigger. I was glad to find that there were extra pillows in the cupboard space, as the two already provided felt quite flat on their own. The covers were extremely soft and plenty for two people.

There are plenty of plug sockets for devices, both on the sides of the bed and on the desk.

I was also grateful that there was a little space heater in the room, which was definitely needed after being out in the storms that are currently happening.

The bathroom was decent enough, with plenty of space for toiletries, and the shower was good too!

For a Sunday night, it was very expected, but it was still good to have a quiet floor to stay on. We were given 509, which was in the corner, and we never heard anyone during the night. We only heard the cleaners in the corridor the next morning, which was very minimal and not intrusive.

I would have liked, however, if this hotel in particular could have updated their system to advise hotel guests of the nearby roadworks happening at the front of the hotel, as it was very noisy first thing in the morning, which was not the best. If it hadn't been for the double glazing on the windows, it would have been 10 times louder and very irritating.

Over all, this was a great stay. The staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out and made the stay very easy and enjoyable.

We would definitely recommend staying here overnight if you are visiting Bournemouth and need a nearby hotel for the night.

Last minute overnight stay!

The Central Premier Inn in Bournemouth is located in the centre of the shopping area and close to the beach and pier. Our stay was a short break but we had a great time aided by a good night’s sleep and a cracking breakfast.

Sea view stay

Arrived safely after 3 train journeys and a bus journey was slightly too early for check in and room wasnt quite ready but was advised was a seaview room so worth the wait. So used the left luggage facility whilst had a cuppa and took photos .initially I fancied the hot chocolate but was advised wasn't available. When we went back to check in and collect cases was advised hadn't been allocated seaview after all by a different colleague but the person we initially spoke to was there and told his colleague to change it which he did without argument. We stayed in a Premier plus room on the 4th floor for 2 nights had free chocolate, water in fridge,tea,coffee, milk etc and proper toilet roll. Only one day the lifts wasn't working one was alot smaller than the other and we struggled to climb to the 4th floor and one person got locked out as was a lot slower than the other person as only had one room card but we sorted amongst ourselves so didn't cause argument.im glad we wasn't any higher than 4th floor though as found that a struggle. 

There wasn't quite enough loo roll for our stay so they happily provided an extra roll.we also had posh shower gel.we didn't eat dinner or tea at the hotel  but did opt to have breakfast on the Tuesday, paying on the day. Everything was cooked fresh to order.bed was comfortable,was 2 chairsin the room and like a sofa bed. Was a bin in room and encouraged to recycle if possible. On check out day we stayed till 11am ish ,left our cases in left luggage and went to explore the biggest B&m .collected our suitcases late afternoon and got the 3 trains home.

Partners Birthday

This hotel is an absolute god send literally was heaven across from hell ROYAL BATH&SPA HOTEL. Avoid completely as Premier Inn Bournemouth Centre has been so amazing I'm staying on 2 more days when I first the manager Monica she was like an Angel sent. Excellent service warmth as soon as you enter herself are lovely to have a perfect get away with such a team that are really nice genuinely. Anything I have asked they provided. Room was devine after such horendis treatment from the manager or assistant manager of Rayal Baths lack of professionalism compassion humanness. Disgusting he turned me away even thougj I'm a woman that had reserved a rrom even let them know I was coming from London and late. He cancelled it told me to find somewhere and thank god. Everything need if a holiday break short break come here!! Foods lovely as I said all staff are really nice from manager to the cleaner every part of her team. Thank you all so much. I'm definitely coming back and passing on to family and friends to come here.. 😊🌞

Bournemouths best short breaks or holiday. Beachfront Hotel 

Premier plus room needed upgrade in general, from walls, carpet and shower. Disabled lift to bar had obstruction with chairs etc.Disabled toilet had human faeces,told staff,so a cone was left for 2hrs

Would never upgrade again, in my opinion it was a downgrade.

We stayed in this premier inn after previously leaving another hotel due to it being absolutely awful and safe to say this was a lovely upgrade. We booked a premier plus room and we got given a room on the 8th floor with 2 bedrooms and a decent living room area and a room of this size for the price we booked it for compared to other hotels was an absolute bargain. We booked with breakfast and there was a good variety but the crumpets and the eggs were not good at all but other than that everything was very good, also the view was lovely and the staff were welcoming although there is no room service which was a negative
