Was very pleased with hotel staff and room- very comfortable bed and no outside noise , which I was pleasantly surprised as on a fairly busy road- the evening meal and breakfast was very good too.

Short stay

Clean comfortable pillows and a comfortable bed making for  a peaceful night sleep.The room is clean and a bit dated.
Friendly staff make the visit. Warm fresh breakfast and free parking. Good value for money would stay here again for work..

Good stay

I slept Like a baby it was amazing the staff were so kind and friendly. I will most definitely be coming back to this hotel not a single thing wrong. My bed was so comfy and soft. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was scrumptious and warm.

The room was very quiet and clean , the ladies on reception were very welcoming they chatted with the kids while we were checking in which they enjoyed, thank you Rachel and Mel for this cheerful welcoming. The reception area was clean upon arrival

We had an amazing stay here. We stayed whilst visiting Legoland for our sons 11th birthday. We happened to mention it was our sons birthday and bought a cake for after our meal at the adjoining beefeater restaurant. The staff bent over backwards to
Make this such a special moment for our son and we are so grateful! The staff from the moment we checked in were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed in lots of luxury hotels over the years and found the service here to be just as good if not better. Thank you so much!

no air con but there was a fan in the room which helped me cool down a little bit.
always available to give me a hand with bags if needed and order a taxi.

We were attending a family celebration in the area and decided to use the Twin Bridges Premier Inn and Restaurant as a base for our stay.
The staff at the hotel and the Downshire Arms Beefeater Restaurant attached to the hotel were both friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble which made our family celebration even more special. 
The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts and evening meals and drinks were excellent and there was ample free parking on site.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy bed very comfortable to sleep in food in pub lovely staff very friendly would recommend to friends and family to come and stay here

Traveled 4 hours to be told the public house was shut for “ unforeseen circumstances “ BS ,cause the m3 and a322 were shut and getting to the hotel was hell on earth.We had a complimentary breakfast which was ok
