Very good location 
Walking distance to shopping mall
30 min from Winsor.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast, firstly the dishes are very badly washed, food waste is clearly seen, lack of cleaning and unhygienic.
The flapjacks are rubbery, awful.
Not a very healthy breakfast so it was limited.

Good location 

Ground floor room (14) faced the road which was a bit noisy, esp at rush hour.
Bed a bit on the hard side. Shower over bath. 
The Weathervane, a BrewersFayre, next door was fine for basic meals and good breakfasts. 
Only a short walk into town with excellent shops and restaurants. 

Two night stay

We were not expecting much from this hotel, as on previous visits we have always been disappointed.

This time we were very pleasantly surprised, the air conditioning was working correctly with a new remote access, previously this has always been an issue.

The location away from the reception area suited us as it meant there was very little noise. This may not suit everybody however.

There was a dirty mark on the sheet, however a visit to reception sorted it vey quickly.

We stay at this hotel regularly and this has been the best visit.

Great hotel, with good parking and air conditioning

Great stay, spotless room , very comfortable, a great temperature, some places have the rooms too hot but it was perfect, the staff were great especially in the beefeater Chris in particular and his crew whom he was very proud of. I cannot recommend it highly enough for the price and value.

we stayed in this hotel before going to Legoland its very near. Room was lovely and warm clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids really enjoyed staying over night. The pub next to it was lovely nice and chilled and the staff were lovely

Came here in a large group, the woman on the desk checked everyone in quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face. 
The bed is different to all the other ones I have seen (metal) but was so comfortable I was asleep the moment my head hit the pillow

Just What You Need

I booked a room for my parents while they were visiting friends, staff couldn't have been more accomodating if they tried. I will definitely be booking here for them again, and for myself if I am ever in the area.

The hotel was clean and tidy, got what we expected, came with free coffee and tea. but at 4am we heard some people in different rooms, above us, to the side of us screaming and singing. Not a very good thing to be woken up by. Right next to a brewers fayre. The food was good there. Breakfast had to be booked at the hotel. Overall good hotel.

Disgusting.. bed sheets/protectors covered in old urine stains that weren't noticed until the morning. Mu kids slept on these and staff didn't seem to bothered. Not having alot of luck  requesting a refund or apology either. Avoid. Filthy dirty

Filthy dirty

Visited several weeks ago and left a review as we wanted to compare with another  Premier Inn.
Reception staff, with the exception of 1 male, were excellent .....helpful and friendly. Room on the ground floor... a bonus. Since we haven't stayed in a PI since pre Covid, we were not aware that their room service policy had changed, and on return after our day out found our room hadn't been serviced.....not a problem we were provided with clean towels and I tidied the bed. Everything in the room was great... except that perhaps this particular PI has high sided baths, and I have a mobility issue.....didn't want to ask for an assistance room as others may need it more. Hubby had to help me in and out of the shower/bath. We asked a male member of staff, who was quite often vaping outside, for our room to be serviced, and he half heartedly made a note of it .....you hot the impression he didn't want to be there .....and once again, we were given towels, and I tidied the bed.....because no one serviced the room. The Brewers Fayre on-site looked a bit dimly lit and dreary on our arrival, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The breakfast routine was well-organised and executed, and the food was great.  Maybe they could do with another toaster.....one 4 slice toaster is not enough and 1 coffee maker too, made for queueing.
We had the meal deal one evening, and it was lovely. All restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful.  One lady in particular was always smiling and particularly friendly.
We would stay here again if we were in the same area.
