i stayed two nights and it has been good. I slept very well. i felt very comfortable and the staff is very kind.  I even wanted to stay more nights but i couldnt. the manager was also very nice. I hope that i can come again to Bradford to stay again.

This place has to be one of the worst places I have stayed in, first it was dirty very dirty no pot and pans to cook with even thought it had an ok kitchen, bathroom had no mirror and on a Saturday night the night club opposite played very loud music till 6am, which would rattle the windows, I was met by no one just a person on the phone and when I tried to contact him, nothing.
I would of been better staying in a hostel, do not book this place ever.

Never never never again

Firstly I travel the country and on average will stay twice a month in a serviced apartment.  I don't normally have the time to write reviews on business trip accommodation even if it is not a good experience but I fell compelled to warn anybody staying in Bradford , not use this accommodation !

- I arrived in Bradford at 6:30 pm for a two night stay , I found the building easily , it looked fine , I then contacted the mobile number and a helpful person sent a text with details to access apartment 4 using a door code for the main building  and a safe code for the key safe. Having got the keys (so far so good),  I entered my apartment and noticed a terrible smell  and a lot of flies. On entering the kitchen, the smell was stronger ; the lower kitchen cupboards were filled with dirty clothes in carrier bags, clearly no cleaners had been there. I also noticed that there were no mirrors or a towel rail in the bathroom, neither was there a bathmat (these I could live with for two nights but the flies and dirty laundry,  absolutely not) . I  asked to be moved when I called the mobile help line and to the credit of the contact person he was quite helpful and offered another apartment.

I went back to the key safe and to my surprise I did not need the code, as it was possible to open the doors without a code (as it has a double door and the inner doors were unbolted). This meant I had access to any flat I wanted to enter as there was a collection of keys in the safe. I phoned the help line to inform of this security issue.

Headed to Apartment 1 which was bigger but  again no mirror or towel rail in bathroom , I could live with that.  One small wardrobe only, but again not a problem. I  ironed a couple of shirts and noticed there were no hangers provided, so made do with the chairs provided as somewhere to hang my shirts.  Went to get some provisions from a local store, got back went to kitchen. Looked for a saucepan , none provided just an old frying pan. Checked rest of kitchen , only an odd knife or fork in some drawers. Phoned the mobile number and the helpful contact  said it was all down to housekeeping. A lovely person in the apartment next door to me, heard me on the phone and very kindly gave me a saucepan which she had bought as she also had the same dilemma but went out and bought saucepans earlier in the day. So after boiling some eggs and having an egg salad, I settled down to watch some TV. No such luck the TV did not work, except for about 3 seconds at a time before the sound and picture 'broke up'. So an early night for me ! Went to bathroom and noticed a pool of water around the toilet.  On examining further it was obvious that the toilet was flooding every time it was flushed. So I examined it further... if from the cistern , then this would be clean water but the toilet was leaking from the base. Contacted help line and changed apartments.
- Third apartment in less than 24 hours .... in the final apartment there was a saucepan, and they supplied hangers but there was no wardrobe, no table in the kitchen, no drawers , total furniture amounted to a bed and two chairs, there was a kitchen area with two chairs. The TV did not work , the kitchen tap only dispensed very hot water , so I reverted to boiling mineral water to make tea.  
- Finally I was horrified when I came back in the evening,  housekeeping I assume had been in to deliver towels and soap for the new tenants. Thus there we neatly folded clean towels with the usual small shower gel /shampoo bottles outside the vacated apartments. These were left on the floor in the corridors of the building bearing in mind I just entered the building where towards the back there was a dead rat on the pavement , i felt awful. Surely anyone with an a bit of common sense would not put clean towels directly on the floor, in a corridor leading form the street to the apartments. 

The only positive I could from this experience was sharing with my wife and adult children , how I used the toaster (chromium) as a shaving mirror. Also because most apartments not occupied It was quiet and the bed was comfortable , so that bit worked !

Avoid This Accomodation - Unsafe, Unhygenic, Unfurnished

Dirty room, rude manager, no customer service, not worth the money, do recommend at all its poor. The cleanliness is 0 cannot believe what is just booked for me and my partner but its literally rubish from all sides

I would advise travellers NOT TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
I booked this apartment through booking.com. I stay regularly in Bradford for work but my usual hotel was fully booked and this place seemed like a good deal at £69.00 per night (discounted fee).
The instructions were to collect the key from a deposit box in the lobby of the small apartment block. On entering the apartment, I was struck that it seemed to have just been finished and indeed there were still stickers on everything. There were no towels or toilet roll, no kitchen equipment, but worst of all, there was a window opposite the bed which gave onto a corridor - no curtain or blind, so anyone walking past would be able to see me in bed! I rang the number and was given a second apartment - this was bigger and had towels and toilet roll - but no kitchen equipment apart from a few mugs, and weirdly, champagne glasses. So I had to go out and buy cutlery and a knife so I could eat my evening meal. The TV did not work, there was no fire or safety information and no fire escape. There were black pubic hairs all over the place. All the furniture and fittings were the cheapest available - no hangers in the wardrobe so I could not hang up my clothes, an ironing board but no iron! Worst of all, having eventually got through to the phone contact, at 8pm, he told me that if I did not like the place I could leave and go somewhere else, and they were only a small company. I pointed out it was not feasible for me to pack up and go somewhere else at 8pm and that I had already paid as they take payment before you arrive.He said the manager would ring me the next day to discuss a refund/my complaints. There was no phone call the next day, no response to my e-mail asking for a call and they have not got back to me. I had a really unpleasant night after such a bad experience, and the fact I had lots of work to do for the next day in such surroundings made it even worse. What an unprofessional outfit, and I am out of pocket, having had to buy kitchen items so I could eat!
