Let's start by saying what a lovely guesthouse in bridlington only 2 minutes walk to town centre/weatherspoons on street parking table and chairs outside to sit and relax recently re painted hallway full of leaflets about places to go and visit lounge available if u want to relax and watch TV Kevin and Ana the manager can't do enough for u they are excellent and if u need anything they will get it
My room on first floor single room with a new bed and bedding for a good night sleep clean towels and plug sockets a large shower in room and separate room with toilet and sink all very clean plus tea coffee facilities available and big TV to watch the soaps

I will be back soon to a fabulous guesthouse and sunny bridlington 

Excellent stay Excellent staff

The Happy days guest house,is a very well run guest house, their is no breakfast but then it doesn't claim to be a B+B. But your room has ensuite,a small useful fridge in room .The Host's are very friendly and helpful if you need anything i have stayed twice now in room 6 and room 7, this last visit, the beds in both rooms were very comfy and the rooms vey clean and well stocked with tea/coffee. Small milk cartons. All in all a very good reasonably priced Guest house, near the bus station and main town  about ten minutes from the train station 

Good Guest house 

Back today from a great little two nights stay at the Happy Days B and B , the place is immaculate , the hosts we’re great and let us check in early . Parking was no issue and directly outside . The location is brill and a 5 min walk to bars etc . We had a family room and it was lovely and clean . Will deffo return

Lovely little find

Very friendly owner made our stay start with a super warm welcome. On street parking permit was organised immediately on arrival. The room was clean and cosy with a very comfortable double bed and had all the in-room amenities you could want including an ironing board/iron, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely hot en suite shower. Very central hotel. Would definitely stay here again. 

Great place to stay

We arrived at around 10 to 11. We knew we were early for check in but husband had rung beforehand  to enquire about parking as we planned to arrive and leave bags in car until check in at 2. He was told room would be ready for us at 11. When we arrived I think he’d forgotten the conversation as he said “ check ins not til 2”. This wasn’t  a problem, as we said we’d leave the bags but straight away he said our room was actually ready and he was very welcoming. Rooms were lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and was lovely and quiet. Would definately stay again. 

Highly recommend 

Me and my hubby came here before there was lockdown.  Had an amazing stay and will defo be back once we can.  The owner couldn't do enough for us and we didnt need to worry about them not providing brekkie spoons was right near 

Last weekend getaway

We regularly use happy days with it budget b&b ive said before I can't recommend happy days highly enough Kevin is very friendly and is very helpful before and during your stay though doesn't serve breakfast there is the cafe top20  around the corner which is recommended 

Valentines weekender 

Thank you Kev for your kind hospitality and warm welcome.Room really cosy with all the amenities you could want. Central location for everything, would highly recommend this Guest house to anyone visiting Bridlington and very good 👍value for money. Looking forward to visit  Happy Days Guest house again soon. Overnight stay

Happy days is one of few places we stay at if not fully booked so booking early is recommend with the price been very reasonable nothing is any trouble with Kevin the owner though there's no breakfast there is two cafes few minutes walk away top20 been recommended 

Weekend away

This is the second time I have been here very quite, comfortable beds and very clean would recommend, parking can be a bit tricky but have always found a space, great places to eat nearby, friendly owner.
