No heating all weekend! Not informed prior to arrival or upon arrival...ole in wall.of room under window.Good central location, outside impression was dirty, but inside okish...quiet room on 7th floor, lift only went to 6th floor...

Weekend away

It is hard to separate the Hotel from the place its in, Brighton is not really a nice place or a good setting for a stay longer than 1 day. 
The hotel is located next to one of those dodgy phone shops. Once you leave the hotel you are accosted by the local homeless on every street. The hotel itself had poor sound proofing, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing. And many doors throughout would slam even if you were careful to be quiet. 
The "ultimate" wifi was not up to par, with constant disconnects and not working on some devices at all. 

A small surprise was that there was a bath in the room, after being told there wouldnt be on the site. I had a nice soak.  Everything else was standard Premier Inn affair, Room was clean and bed was nicely made. I did not interact much with the staff but they seemed perfectly pleasant. 

Not the worst experience i've had, but definitely the worst premier inn ive been in, and overall worst trip out because of brighton itself.

One of the less good Premier Inns, in a town that didnt serve as a good vacation

The worst premierinn I’ve stayed at. Feels rundown and grotty. Lots of little things wrong. The only reason we stayed was a good price, but even for that I’d expect better. Premier inn brand really felt let down by this hotel.

Rundown hotel

We all know what to expect from a premier inn as they are all pretty much the same but the team here were very friendly and smiling and we had a comfortable nights sleep! Easy transport near by for getting around. 

It’s a premier inn 

The room was dated and very dusty, being asthmatic this was a problem
The windows were left open but had a plastic screen stopping you from closing them and being on the town side of the hotel it was extremely loud all day and night resulting in very little sleep, the window screens were also wedged shut with tissue and cards 
The curtains were falling off the runners and wouldn’t shut properly 
The bath needed a wash before it could be used
Would not stay here again

Dated horrible room

Once there was the guaranteed night, now it's practically all night people on the floors who blow and knock on doors, hell, the doors are no longer suitable to stop the noise, another indecent thing the doors opening cards, they are unmagnetized every hour, as soon as they arrived they delivered us two cards we couldn't get into the room because they were both unmagnetized, we went back and re-lined the line for the weaving, we stayed 5 days and we had to re-magnetise the fabrics 20 times, we always kept the fabrics away from cell phones and other magnetic sources, they worked to open the corridor, as soon as we got to the front of the room the door could no longer work, and the hand held doorway to the front of the room could no longer work, and the hand held doorway to the front of the room could no longer work..........

It's always bad.

Hotel for a stay in Brighton in a great location. A lot to reach on foot. Rooms not the latest but clean. Especially to highlight in the great team of the hotel is Ester. Breakfast service from her is exceptional, travel and restaurant recommendations included. Ester takes care of everything. And always nice and friendly. She made the stay in the Premier Inn a comfortable stay!

A few minutes from the station and the sea, many restaurants nearby, the room very spacious and clean, the bed and pillows really comfortable, the very kind staff, I will definitely return to us

Good experience.

It's catastrophic! The hotel entrance and the elevator are very dirty. The reception is very concise! But the worst are the rooms at least ours. Sales, damaged equipment! The following pictures speak for themselves! It's a shame, the location is good.

It's a shame.

Slightly disappointing stay due to problems in restaurant when booked in for evening meal. Shame there wasn’t a walk-in shower or wet room in the accessible room as my husband is disabled and cannot use a bath. Apart from these it was an enjoyable stay as it was my daughter’s graduation.
