The Maritime Suites are luxurious room only properties that include a large bedroom and bathroom. Please note there are no kitchen or cooking facilities within the suites. The suites are managed by Luxury Coastal though there is not an onsite reception. Parking Options: While there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too. Car Parks: Breakwater Car Park - 0.4miles / 8 minute walk - long stay, local charges apply Brixham Central Car Park – 0.2 miles / 4 minute - short stay, local charges apply Oxen Cove Car Park - 0.4 miles / 8 minute walk - long stay, local charges apply Freshwater Car Park – 0.6 mile / 13 minute walk - long stay, local charges apply For more information regarding car parking and associated pricing, please visit the Torbay Council website Weekly permits can be purchased from the council for the duration of your stay at Torbay Council Car Parks Good Housekeeping Bond: A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Access to the Suites: The suites are accessed via approx 13 steps to the left hand side of the Maritime Suites building. Linen & Towels: A set of bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Stays longer than 7 nights may expect a change of bedding and towels. You will need to bring you own beach towels. Building Works: There are building works being carried out directly behind the Maritime Suites to complete a property build. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. The ground floor apartment of the Maritime Suites will also be undergoing further refurbishment. This will be noticeable from outside the building, and you may also see workmen entering the building during the day. All rooms have additional sound proofing to reduce noise disturbance when inside your suite. All sea views will be remain unaffected.
