Worst holiday park ever
Should just be an owners park
No restaurant at all so should close down as a holiday park altogether
Pay less and stay in a cottage because at least you’ll be close to eateries in the town and have a washing machine in with the price
They advertise cottages but these are shacks on one floor
There are also people on the site which are not owners or holidaymakers they are drunken drug taking chavs who have been housed there by the council
Imagine staying next door to one like we did? Drunken benefits Britain style chavs it was like being at Jaywick
Stay with John fowler or haven
This is not a holiday park experience at all you won’t get any food here whatsoever and it’s not a cottage at all
Should close down
Due to the overpriced launderette look at how we had to wash our clothes with the tap that hardly puts out water
A horrible shabby shack NOT a cottage
John fowler cottages are way better
Absolute squalor advertised as a silver cottage 
The facilities are nonexistent 
The pool is a puddle 
Why would anyone pay £550 for the week here? We genuinely thought it would be like a John fowler park 
Next time we will get a cottage in actual brixham 
They’ll spam the same response that they’re a relax and explore 
But how can one relax here on hard bedding without any food places on site 
And as a non car driver having to walk a long way into brixham to get breakfast or dinner
Might as well as stayed in brixham in a cottage and deeply regret that I didn’t 
Why not scrap the whole advertising as a holiday park because you’re not. 
The entertainment you just have to pay extra for such as bingo and other games they did where you bet on horses 
The decor in this silver shack is peeling off and grubby 
We have videos too of the experience and will be vlogging it
Its an absolute shambles and you’re better off going to a Haven or John Fowler park or better an actual cottage with facilities
How can we cook here with the tap not giving out water to wash up and barely any equipment? 
It’s funny how they say in the welcome book that there are bar snacks and show a kid eating pizza ahaha there are cheap nuts but that’s it. Don’t tease us when we are hungry and can’t eat here of an evening with this image in the welcome pack. Maybe update the welcome pack?

Worst holiday park ever

Booked in 2022 to stay in a Bronze cottage from 23/10/23 -30/10/23 and I wish I hadn’t!

The accommodation was not worth the money we paid and caused our daughter to be ill. 

Black mould throughout the bathroom, damp walls in the second bedroom and both rooms smelt of damp.

The oven was not cleaned properly before arrival so it filled the front room with smoke when turned on. 

The front door had an awful draught and my 1 year old daughter had to sleep in that room as the others were not big enough for the travel cot. This made the room extremely cold. 

It was just generally dirty and has not been looked after. 

No on site restaurant all year but waited a week before our stay to tell us, leaving it too late to change park if we wanted to. 

Customer service from the accommodation manager and head office have also been appalling. Was made to feel like it was our fault because we didn’t put a complaint in until Wednesday and only offered a new shower curtain (which never arrived) 

Also put in a complaint to head office which was just brushed off and sent back to the on-site team. 

My sister left early as the state of the twin room made her ill. We also left early as the accommodation made my daughter ill. 

Really saddened by our experience as I have stayed at Landscove many times with no issue. 

Entertainment team, bar staff and shop staff were all lovely and deserve a lot of praise.

Disgusting accommodation

We stayed at Riviera Bay but could use Landscove's facilities. What an amazing site, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Kyle and Abbie the entertainers are brilliant they kept the kids and adults (cowboys and horses lol) entertained all week and the amount of prizes we won was crazy. The chap behind the bar was very friendly and so was Chris in the shop. The lifeguards and the receptionist were also very helpful. Our accommodation was very clean and tidy and was very comfortable I would definitely rate this place if your looking for a nice break away with comfort, entertainment and great views.

We stayed at a lodge in Riviera and did not use many facilities but I did swim in the pool every morning. My holiday was made by Ethan the  lifeguard who opened the outdoor pool and obviously took allot of pride in his work. Very friendly and always busy cleaning - he made you feel welcome and comfortable. I also used the shop for fresh bread every day and Meg was also lovely and friendly. Just the break I needed to reduce stress levels and relax!

Relaxing break

Overall a very clean and well kept park. Great friendly staff.......but

I am writing to you to make you aware of our disastrous holiday at Landscove holiday park.  We were looking forward to this holiday all year.  The holiday cottage we were in [ I paid upgrade fee], was lovely, spotlessly clean, a couple of minor things which Kelly Hearn acted on immediately were soon rectified, great friendly team there.  Weds afternoon I was about to take a nap ready for the evening entertainment and we noticed a leak in the bedroom ceiling we immediately reported this to reception, by the time we got back to the cottage 10 mins later the whole ceiling had collapsed! We were horrified.  Kelly quickly relocated us to another cottage, but during the evening we were so stressed over the situation that we left early and  cut our holiday  short. Our one and only holiday completely ruined!

Nice park, terrible experience, am waiting to hear for a goodwill gesture from park holidays. 

17 of us plus 2 dogs stayed in 5 different rooms we had 2 bronze cottages and 3 bed suites which were as colse togerther as they could get. Staff were extremely helpful, we had a meal where we were all sat together in the site resturant where we were the largest group they had had in at once. Really nice only let dwon was there were no curtains on the doors in the bed suites meaning that the people on the sofa beds needed to put towels up to have complete privacy. But other than that it was great. Saff all over the staff were amazing. Would deffinetly reccommend coming here.
 

Stayed for a large family meeting

The venue was lovely, very large with an arcade and restaurant with extra seating available. The entertainment team of Debbie and Jo were the best, they kept us entertained with kids crew and the family activities. Although we didn't win the bingo we still enjoyed playing, each night. The Saturday act of Sarah Small was brilliant and she had the room dancing. We would recommend visiting this park, as we had an excellent few days here.

Short visit 

This site has gone right down hill! Poor accommodation, not clean and cupboard door hanging off, Management no where to be seen and when found there drunk on shift. Bar staff non existent always out smoking, The restaurant food isn’t the same as when we came in the summer, the only saving grace was the efforts of the Ents team! Thank you girls.

Well , our stay was interesting 
We have been coming to landscove on and off for years and have now stayed in all types of accommodation trouble is we love it here the peace and quiet time to rest and spend quality time with each other, but this stay has surprised us and this this is the third year running i brought my mother with us and felt so let down you would have thought that returning customers would be looked after nope not for us ,due to me working in the hotel and hospitality industry i am shocked with the standard of  the bronze cottages to say the least it would be nice if time and money was spent on them on making them look nice inside ,the floor could do with a good scrub ,the kitchen units need updating and as for the bathroom well see the photos,mould and mould  it all seems like they not cared for which is a shame oh and the sofas are really uncomfortable on your back ,but because we love coming here we have tolerated it just this once ,I am not sure if we coming back next year yet 

Shocked re-visit

Accommodation was dirty,
Scum in bottom of bath,
Grease on edge of tiles and top of wall units and on wall by cooker.
Restaurant told me at 18.30 thay we’re no taking any more orders for the next hour as they were busy.
Restaurant closes at 19.30 so there was no chance of getting any thing to eat.
