Recently returned from a lovely stay at Aria guest house. David and Sarah worked really hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.  Greeted with homemade muffins and tea which was most welcome. We had the ground floor double room which has access to a lovely small private patio area. There was a nice selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and water in our room. Fresh milk in the fridge in the dining room if required. Excellent choice at breakfast including fresh fruit and yoghurt, not to mention Sarah's homemade bread.
Aria House is both close to the seafront and the town and both are easy walking distance. There is also a very good bus service called The Loop which runs between  Margate, Broadstairs  and Ramsgate. Buses run every 7 minutes and the bus stop is also just around the corner. David and Sarah can always help with information about places to visit and there is a good selection of leaflets on offer.
We hope to make a return visit to Kent and Aria House would be our first choice, many far more expensive hotels could do well to offer this kind of hospitality.

My wife and I along with another couple had a very enjoyable stay at the Aria, from the moment you walk through the door and the warm welcome you receive from the hosts David and Sarah with the addition of an offer of Tea or Coffee and cake, this was excellent accommodation, large rooms and bathrooms comfortable beds, with lovely extra touches such as chocolates and free toiletries.

Their is a good selection for breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, cakes and a choice of an excellent freshly cooked breakfast, from Salmon and scrambled eggs to full English.

The accommodation is ideally positioned, only a few minutes walk to the sea and the centre of Broadstairs.

We all very much enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation for not only a visit to Broadstairs but also the surrounding towns of Margate and Ramsgate which are also easily accessible from staying at the Aria.

We have spent many years travelling and staying in B&B's and can honestly say that staying with Sarah and David is our favourite and best experience by far.

A Big Thankyou

Me and my partner have just returned from a amazing two night stay at this B&B. We were warmly welcomed by the owners who could not do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was beautiful, clean and Spacious. Bathroom was incredible with a huge shower and bath. We stayed in room 1 and would recommend it. Breakfast was lovely and the homemade bread was a lovely touch. Thank you for a lovely stay we will recommend to others and would happily stay here again if visiting the area. 

Beautiful place to stay

A difficult review to write because even though this bed and breakfast has lots to recommend it it has detractors which mean I would not stay here again. First the good points. The rooms are well appointed and have obviously had redecoration, the bed is very comfortable even though pillows slightly firm but I take my own having learnt from bitter experience. The breakfast was ample and hot when served but no more or no less than other B&B's.  Water was hot and plentiful and towels soft. The not so good points- parking!  Yes you can park on the front of the house however your back end hangs over the pavement no matter how you try to swing in. Not good if you have new vehicle and you are on a street and in an area which is heavily student populated. This leads to another not so good point. The students are students and high jinks can lead to knocking the front door at 2 am and shouting and yelling outside. Remember this if you have a front room. The dining room would benefit from a ceiling fan as it is very uncomfortable when very warm to try and eat a cooked breakfast. The couple themselves are very attentive. Would we stay here again. No we would not. For the price we paid which is top end B&B rate we have stayed in hotels / B&B s which are the same or better and do not have the drawbacks I have mentioned.
